1st I ordered chicken pizza I received totally wrong one.
2nd a guy showed up asking Bear and when the guy was pouring they were out of Bear he got mad too.
3rd guy showed up while I was returning my order got mad cuz he was a door dash delivery guy this poor guy took the wrong order too.
MAN – I thought they staff drink all the bear they had. Everyone was getting mad here today in the last 30 mints. lol.

And old man he just got out to bring his rifle for them I am out bruh he was mad because no bear for him but he already paid for it. lol bruh I am not trying ROUND TABKE EVER again even if they give me free staff. Thank you

I got pizza from here but when they delivered it to my house they didn’t ring my doorbell to let me know my order was delivered they just sat it on my doorstep and left without a warning and when I tried to call to speak to the manager they kept hanging up on me they told me it took an hour but I waited 3 hours just for them to say it has been delivered and I didn’t hear my doorbell ring …I will not be ordering from this place AGAIN!!!!

I’ve ordered from many Round Table locations over the years. For a relatively large regional pizza restaurant chain they’re pretty consistent but I’m especially impressed with this one. I usually order it takeout and my food has always been ready for pickup when I arrive, fresh and absolutely delicious. There are two Round Tables that serve the Vallejo area but this is the one I go to because it’s always a smooth transaction and great food.

Well this was the first time I’d ordered from this location. At first I was put on hold then a minute later my call was picked up again. I thanked them and the guy taking my order was really cool I had sum dumb questions that he answered to the best of his ability and we both laughed . They even called Me minutes later to tell Me that they had run out of sausage and offered to substitute it with other meats that he informed Me of. I thought that was very professional of them. Over all a good team I think is on Point with there orders here at this Location. Thanks a lot and the Pizza was Great .

Awfull service! We e are at the marina less than 4 miles away for them. We ask for our pizza at 5:20 and was 8 and nothing. At 8:20 we call again and they said that the delivery guy get lost and couldn’t deliver. They don’t even bother to call us. We were hungry so we asked again it was 9 and the pizza wasn’t here and now they said that the don’t deliver here (even they said that the first time get lost). They charged for both pizzas and they won’t deliver my dinner or giving my money back until 5 days. I explained that they have my almost 60 dollars and nothing to eat but it seems (like the lady told me) that it’s not their problem even if they have my money. Not again with Round Table.

Walked in and there were signs posted on every wall for it seems everything. Owner has accepted the fact that he doesn’t even have to explain anything to you. Definitely a hurry up and buy situation at this Round table pizza. Store looks like they should be selling blunt wraps. I cant stand when owners feel like the hard working people that spend their money don’t deserve top tier service just because the pizza doesn’t have caviar as a topping. Straight up stealing and going against the grain of the program that put him in the situation to prosper. I had to leave this delicious pizza behind. My inner Bay area protester just couldnt buy another one from him or her. They are definitely fatigued. Maybe this post will put some pep in their step. Going to American Canyon location. Locally owned Round Table with great service. Tonight we ordered a couple pizzas for take out and the girl who waited on us was named Kayla. She had fantastic people skills and provided the best customer service i have had there in a while.
