Server was sweet but food came out very slow…and they weren’t that busy. Ordered the burger and it came out “medium” as ordered, but the bun was toasted almost black and that really affected the taste. Chef should have caught that before sending it out.
When it’s cool enough we sit out on the patio and watch the golfers. Inside they have a lot of booths — some with nice views of the greens and a giant open square bar for seating.
The Tomato, mozzarella and avocado salad was tremendously good. We had the Meat lovers flatbread which tasted out of this world with their hickory smoked bacon.
We’ll be back soon
Good selection of beer, a full bar, a really nice restaurant with a wide menu and it was worth the visit.
I had the Kobe Sliders with Caramelized onions. They were wonderful. Also had the fries with it, and they literally blew us away. Like spectacular. The fries were not typical, the were plump and hot and just outstanding.
The Swordfish Tacos were well done, tasty and generous. Also had a margarita pizza that was not terrible, but not same quality as the rest of the meal.
We were the last people there, and the wait staff was gracious and patient with us.
It was their last week before they shut for the summer and a remodel.
UPDATE: The manager came over and we asked her to turn down the dance club music. Her reply was basically the bartender chooses a station, whatever plays they can’t control and we were the only ones who complained. Wrong answer! The people behind us turned around and left because of the noise. Our waiter said many customers found the music distasteful and too loud. We won’t be back.
The view of the green, lake, PGA course was serene. Lots of historic photos in the entry way.
