Ordered thru Uber eats, food got here and items were missing. We ordered 2 bacon, cheddar cheese burgers and got no bacon and American cheese. Was also over cooked and no sauces. The fries were supposed to be garlic Parmesan and were just Parmesan. Probably won’t order again.

I used an online order. When I got to the location and went in, my order was ready for pickup. So 10 minute earlier than estimated. The location, however, is very hidden. You can’t see it from the main street on either side. The front door is also somewhat hidden as you have to drive all the way around on the side. But that’s ok. My food was good nicely packed with all the condiments and eating utensils needed. Definitely beats McDonald’s or Wendy’s when it come to a good burger that doesn’t cost alot.

Order was incorrect missing bacon on my burger which I paid extra for and fries were old, dark and dry with no salt. Burger flavor was meh. Drinks weren’t provided. Manager was nice with refund. Seems like more attention to detail in packing needs to be done for order accuracy. This was my first and last time ordering based on this experience.

Ordered via Grunhub. Order was supposed to be delivered 25-40 min. After an hiur it was cancelled because they did not have a part of the order. Unacceptable after an hour wait. Doubt I will order from them again.

Sometimes there’s a wait for no reason so we switch to to go but the wings (brown sugar baby sauce and garlic parmesan sauce also our baked beans and Mac n cheese are always great. Love Smokey Bones
