This subway deserves a 5 star review from me. Everytime i order a sandwich weather it is in person or online, it is made exactly how I ordered it and its put tigether very well. Too many other subways put it together all sloppy and nobody wants a sandwich like that . I can admit that I am very picky with how I like my sandwich made but every time they get it correct . Really appreciate it.

The night shift people as we speak are horrible. As I wait in line to pick up my order I kindly asked if wraps can be heated in the oven and these two immature workers looked at each other and then looked at me as if I’m the stupid one and said no. Then when I was given my food one of the workers gave me little bit of napkins. I asked her if she can give me more napkins but instead of handing it to me in my hand with proper customer service which clearly she doesn’t know what that is she instead dropped the napkins in my bag and gave me a dirty look. I also noticed the same person at the cash register dropped the change to another customer so disrespectfully. Your people at night have disgusting spirits and you guys should have better workers here. Everyone should feel welcomed not neglected.

Worker was incredibly rude. Asked me “what do you want” in a dont-bother-me tone while facing the opposite direction while doing something with her head down then got mad because I didn’t hear her over all the loud beeps that were going off. When she did turn around to face me and make my sandwich she just threw my sandwich together not even what I wanted on it and was just rude. I was working at one of the shops in the same shopping center and I ate on the sidewalk because I didn’t even want to stay in there with her to use the table. I will not be returning. That’s the last money this subway ever sees from me. Way to expensive to be treated that way. Receipt says served by 104

This is what you get when you order Subway online. My advice: if you order online, go in-store and watch them make it. They will carefully make your sandwich when they know you’re watching. When you’re not, this is the result. This has happened many times, at another location in Lathrop, too. Why do I keep doing it? Just to see if the service will get better and make it worth it. But like mischievous children…if you’re not watching them, can’t really trust them. Lol, I’m still eating it because I’m hungry. Definitely not worth $9. Should’ve went to Mr. Pickles. Oh, and I pretty much guarantee they will forget at least 1 thing. In this case, it was lettuce, bacon and likely some of the other meat. Shame on you Subway.

The staff here always seem uninterested and bothered by customers. Every time I go in for a mobile order, they never have it ready in a to-go bag or have the extra utensils/napkins included. Even though I request it specifically on the app. Yeah the sandwiches are good but they could follow requests better.

We have gone to several Subway stores in Manteca, this is by FAR the best sandwich in town. Also the cleanest and freshest in all of Manteca. Bravo to store and crew. Kathy Gonzaga

OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS Be aware how much you should be paying and always get and check the receipt! I just went to the parking lot & I realized I payed way too much more than usual I look at my receipt I see it says my sandwich and 2 drinks when I grabbed the regular meal items. Another lady helped me out once I went back in, Had to do a refund and pay again. Just think the lady who checked me out didn’t know how to check out properly and just pressing stuff but don’t put someone who doesn’t know how to checkout handling the main thing which is MONEY. Feel bad for all the customers the came and got ripped off without knowing.

This is the rudest Subway staff around. They go out of their way to not honor coupons, online specials, or Subway specials. If you ask the staff why that is, they become even more rude. They literally make it hard for you to buy a sandwich. However, all the other local Subways have not issue honoring the Subway specials. The tables are always dirty and they don’t wipe them often enough.
I will no longer spend money at this location. West Coast Sourdough is only 5 minutes away, cleaner dining room, nice staff and better menu. Give them a try instead!
