Food was quick and we were so happy for our cake bread sandwiches!
Would not have known for this place where not for Gino’s down the road screwing up so badly by telling us we had to wait 30 minutes to order pizza that looks like it was cultivated on the set of The Hills Have Eyes… smh

The food here is fresh, and with kids who have autistic needs they always want the subway here rather than S’ville.
Service is a bit cold shoulder, Sure you get the typical “hello welcome to subway” but if you order for a larger family or function they seem to always put yours last, standing in line watching every other order get pushed ahead of yours gets to feel a bit demeaning.

We went in before closing and they were already closing the shop. They had seen our car and shut off the lights. Granted, there was still 20 minutes left before closing. I would not recommend to get any food at this establish if they close way earlier than the posted time closure.

Ordered 3 different times from them now, not 1 time have we not had an issue with even just one of the sandwiches we’ve ordered. Staff was nice enough to remake the sandwiches but it seemed like a chore to do so, even though it was their fault the online order was not followed. It’s a bit of a travel to go there from the house and it’s even worse having to make the trip again because none of the 4 sandwiches that were ordered, this time around, were correct.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Ordered a sub with extra cheese and the bread not toasted. No extra cheese and the meat was cold. I didn’t ask for cold oven roasted chicken! Just untoasted bread. Never EVER again!! I could have potentially ended up with food poisoning if I had eaten their nasty concoction they wanna call a meal!! Don’t go there if you wanna stay healthy!!

bless those poor girls, but they are so slow that it is an average wait of 20 minutes at the drive through. and unfortunately my last order was made wrong, they reversed the toppings on the other sandwiches. these poor girls need more training, and a little motivation to be faster.

I placed an order in the app on 5/25/2022, when checking out, the app said error, so I assumed it just did not go thru. I got charged for the order and the associate was of no assistance in helping me get a refund for an order I did not receive. I do not recommend eating at this current location, especially ordering from the convenient app!!!!
