Waited 45 minutes for our order because they gave it to someone else. This place is run by rude teenagers with no adult in sight. They also insult customers behind the drive thru window even though we can clearly hear them. I was willing to give them a break because I mean, they work at Little Caesars and probably aren’t paid nearly enough, but they didn’t even pretend to try at all to be nice.

Ordered a regular pizza with one topping, and one pepperoni pizza. Wasn’t very busy but I didn’t mind waiting longer than normal. Several mins before my one topping pizza was done, (over 20 mins later) I noticed I one of the three hot and ready pizzas in the warmer was gone. Yep, they passed off one of the most unappetizing take out pizzas I have ever ordered with my fresh one. It was rubbery and not even cut, not a single cut when I flipped it over. I was able to hold the pizza and wave it over the box sideways with only two crusty pieces of pepperoni falling off. The cheese stayed in place. Gross!! The fresh pizza looked perfect, because I like them lighter but over half was not cooked and actually extremely doughy, almost raw. It turned out great when I put it my over to finish cooking.
I understand the hot and ready they advertise but it should be actually hot and ready closer to pawning off on a customer who even has the time to wait for a fresh pizza. This has happened more than once and I have tried to blow it off but not that a time.

This order was for a resident event at a community. I ordered 12 pizzas by accident. It was only supposed to be 6 but misread the sticky note I had. I came right back in as soon as I noticed my mistake. It wasn’t even a minute. I came back in and explained I need to get a refund. The same person who took my order came back and was completely rude. Very hostile. All because I need to get a refund. She said I was making her day more difficult. Then she didn’t want to give me a receipt because the system wouldn’t let her. The transaction didn’t take her more than 2 minutes. Y’all need to do better. Hire people who actually want to do their job. I believe her name is Melissa C. That’s what my first receipt had.

The young woman there were lovely lady night. We ordered, it was going to be 20 mins so we pulled up in to the old Ingles parking lot to nurse my newborn. When our order was ready we drove back over and the young women saw my 6 week old, cooed over him then gave us some cookies that my 4 year old ate lol.

Very bad service. The wait time was 19 minutes, but they took 30 minutes to bring my order. I ordered the pizza with a little sauce, but they put too much, and it was burnt. To top it all off, the service was terrible. I won’t be going back.

If I’m going to sit down for 30 minutes to wait on “hot and ready” pizzas atleast let the food be good. I received a burnt dry and hard pie of cheese pizza and breadsticks that had no garlic and were also hard like a rock. Everything was clearly over cooked and my money was wasted.

I had the the viral puffs.. My order was fresh and hot. I really enjoyed the pepperoni puffs but not something I would eat everyday. I ordered online so I was just picking it up from the lock box. This location is a little slow and only like two or three chairs inside.
