Called in an order at 720pm for a 1 large pizza and some brownies for pick up at 830pm. Wife was supposed to pick it up when she got off work. The order was completely forgotten and she had to re order and wait. The food was perfect once we finally got it. The person who took the order was very nice and probably a very hard worker and over worked. Help your employees, please.

Orders and was notified my pizza was on the way. Got notified 15 minutes later while waiting for my food that this was somehow DoorDash’s fault when I didn’t order DoorDash and nobody is gonna pick up and blah blah. Manager did nothing but offer to refund which is obvious considering I wasn’t getting my food. I order once a week from you guys. Guess valued customers mean nothing. But cool, it’s too late to order anything else so you guys suck for that.

We order pizza from this location 2-3 times a month. I placed my order online at 753 pm and the quoited time online was 30 minutes. Awesone. 30 minutes go by, then 40 minutes, 50 minutes…My order arrived an hour after I placed it. I am a patient person and I have worked in the food service industry so I know things happen. The driver was nice and I don’t know if it had anything to do with her, but our pizza was lukewarm at best. It’s just very disappointing when you spend your hard earned money to receive sub-par product. It will be a while before we order from here again, if at all.

Hardly any sauce green pepper was 1/3 inch thick big circles, cut across whole green peppers. Onions were minimum 3 layers thick 1 1/2 inch pieces so the vegetables were raw. This was a pizza not a vegetable refrigerator fresh pizza.where you eat raw. The worst pizza I ever got from Marcos. I had bragged up how good there pizza was and they did this. The guy definitely over charged me! Didn’t get the free sauce that came with it and got charged for it. Had a $6 discount on the online order that all of the sudden turned into a $3 discount when I paid. Hardly any toppings and the cust was sad! Its usually so much better!
