These Sandwiches are so amazing! I don’t live in St. Pete but I was there for 2 days and the subs were so good that I got it both days I was there! All the sandwiches they have looked so good, I wanted to try them all but I got the #3, San Francisco one day and the #5, The Family Italian the second day. They really don’t hold back on what they put in the sandwiches. Those things were filled and heavy. Very very fresh ingredients also. The flavors of both of them were so good and the bread was perfect. I wish I lived closer because I would get Tony D’s every day!

This Sun shop rocks! Super nice service. Excellent atmosphere and the subs are mega tasty. I wish they had a build-your-own option, but they were very accommodating with making substations on their menu to serve you what you want. Definitely worth a visit.

St. Pete has some amazing sub shops as is but WOW is Tony D’s the perfect addition. We got the #3 San Francisco and the #17 Buffalo chicken. Out of this world. Such a good price and HUGE loaded subs. All the staff was incredibly kind and it didn’t take long at all!

I waited to write this review until I had visited the restaurant several times. I’ve tried a variety of their signature, cold and hot subs. Unfortunately, after our first two visits, each order has been progressively worse—less meat, fewer toppings, and barely any sauce.
On one visit, I found a shard of bone in my meatball sub. Today, I found another bone fragment in my cheesesteak and nearly broke a tooth on it.
This place seemed to have great potential at first, and we were excited to have what we hoped would be a much-needed, high-quality sub shop. Sadly, our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and off-putting. I’ve included photos of my most recent cheesesteak, which was mostly empty, along with the bone fragment I found in it.
No phone number, no online ordering. A major problem if you want to order ahead, cater your office lunch, ask questions or lodge a complaint.
Potential for 4 or 5 stars, currently less than 1 star.

I am appreciative of restaurants that have options for vegetarian diets and they did not disappoint!
I got the Donna and it was the perfect for a chilly day!
The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. Ingredients are fresh and delicious.
If I still ate meat I’d be trying one of each on here.
Oh, and the bread!!! The bread is great! And I’m picky about my sub bread lol

Excellent Italian with plenty of meat. Nice change with Arugala but you can get regular lettuce in it.
Very good Cheesesteak. Great price for the meat they add. Moist and plentiful.
Great I can customize. Better and cheaper than over priced dry Violet stone’s.
I personally love Delcos in Delray and Colonial Hoagies(all different but all excellent). I like mine toasted and would have Tonys toast it a little more.
Glad they are here so I no longer have to drive far.

Got the classic Italian and chicken parm. Was delicious, chicken cutlets were well seasoned and super tender. The bread is also fantastic and love the thin sliced onions. They definitely didn’t skimp out on the meat on either sandwich. 4 stars only because I prefer thinly sliced meat.
