Came by to pick up a takeout order close to their lunch closing time. Even though they were almost done for the afternoon, they were still super welcoming and offered to let me and my boyfriend sit down to eat if we wanted to. I really appreciated that—excellent service. The ramen was great, with a big portion and steak that was soft and tender. Highly recommend the Bang Bang Shrimp—so delicious. Their Galaxy Tea is on point, too.

I’ve eaten a lot of things in my life, including some very well made food. The Hokkaido bowl is, hands down, the best thing I’ve ever eatent. The wait staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Even the prices are very fair. I’ve been back twice and I’ll be back more!

This place is simply fantastic! We have been a few times and every time everything we get is just so well done and so tasty. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for soups, sushi or noodles, this place has it all. If you live in the finger lakes this is a must do. A wonderful verity, excellent service and a really nice atmosphere to boot!

I came to this strip mall for Chipotle but stumbled upon this hidden gem instead—and I’m so glad I did! The service was quick, and the menu offers a great variety of ramen, sushi, and boba tea. I had the spicy ramen and a California roll—both exceptional, easily the best I’ve ever had. The red paste around the ramen bowl was a standout touch. Highly recommend!

Stellar ramen!! I loved the tantanmen broth with chopped pork, bok choy, and soy egg. The broth was so rich and creamy, and you could add more heat to it if you’d like. I had some green tea, too, and it was nice to have an entire pot of steeped tea to refill the tiny little cup. I didn’t have to wait for a table and the server was very sweet. Check this place out!

I’ve been to Hokkaido Ramen House since they opened and have been several times with friends and family. The ramen is top notch and broth is always scrumptious. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is quick food vibe, but comfortable and pleasant enough to have conversations. The service is always attentive and not pushy. If you’re looking for a great, well-made bowl of ramen in a pleasant, casual atmosphere, you should give Hokkaido Ramen House a try, I think you’ll be glad you did.

My first time ordering from here, and I tried the chicken ramen. The broth and noodles were really good, and I even ordered an extra marinated egg, it was tasty! Unfortunately, the chicken was a BIG letdown which is the reason for my 3 stars. It tasted plain, like boiled chicken breast with no seasoning or flavor. Since the protein is such an important part of the dish, it really took away from the overall experience. I was disappointed, especially since I usually enjoy chicken ramen wherever I go. 🙁

First impression, the store is decently decorated but what threw me off was that they didn’t let me put my small cake in the fridge when any other restaurant would let you do so and it ended up melting. If you bring a birthday cake or any desserts, prepare for it to melt. As for the ramen soup, the flavor taste like it’s straight from the package. The chicken is just boiled and dry. While the server was good, the guy in the front did not seem happy to get customers.
