Currently sitting at subway waiting on my order that was placed on the app at 7:08pm. The app said it would be ready by 7:25pm. I’ve been sitting here directly in front of the store since about 7:15pm. My husband went in around 7:40pm because we watched as they seemed to start our order finally but pushed it aside as more
people entered the store. We finally got our order at 7:55pm. Once we got home we realize they didn’t put extra ranch that was supposed to be on one sub nor the extra meat, cheese or black olives that were supposed to be on another sub. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and the food. Frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive it.

Really has been ‘meh’ my last two visits. Bread falls apart when I touch it. This is a ten dollar sandwich that used to be 5. Please do better.

Put a completely unwrapped and unsecured philly cheese steak in a paper bag and rolled it. All the insides of the sandwich dumped all over the bag and made a huge mess. No manager on duty and woman in charge gave us sass saying it wasn’t her fault bc she was “trying to supervise three new employees”!

Literally the best subway I’ve been too!!! I usually shy away from most restaurants on eawsonville rd but this subway surpassed my expectation!!! Not only was the food right and on time but we had cute notes on our sub wrappers!!! Made my night after a long day !!! Thank you team for being amazing!!!!

Worst experience ever at this location. No common sense and incompetent employees. We paid for 2 footlongs and 2 cokes. Employee runs out after us telling us we didn’t pay. This is after all 3 people working couldn’t complete one task, walking away from a task, ignored customer before us asking for the last item to complete their order, which was sitting on the white cutting board ready for them. Each of the 3 employees asked us at different times if we were together, we confirmed it each time. All three of them were standing close enough to each other to hear the answers.
When we went back in, they pulled up the receipt and read that we paid. The person that took the payment didn’t confirm anything to any other employees nor us about the payment.
We fully support training new employees, and completely understand lunch rush craziness. There’s no excuse for the lack of attention to a completing a task, ignoring customers and each other. I feel bad for the owners as this location has always had good customer service, attention to details and competence.
