I was visiting my mom and step dad and decided to treat for pizza. I checked out the menu on the website. The pan pizza looked really yummy. I ordered in store. I asked for one pan pizza and one thing crust. The young man who took my order said that all their pizzas are hand tossed pan pizzas. I was a bit confused by his statement. I tried to clarify my order and he was patronizing with me and my mom. The thin crust pizza was perfect, however the pan pizza wasn’t at all what I was expecting. Here is a screen shot of the website option and a Picture of what I received. Unfortunately, my step dad needed to eat before going to work and didn’t have time for me to make an issue of this at the time.

I placed a delivery order on the pappa johns website to only find out that they use door dash. Wings were supposed to come with a sauce and I orderd 3 extra for a total of 4. I only recieved 3 and when I called no refund could be issued for the dollar lost and the person I spoke with blamed the door dash driver and then proceded to tell me their story about how they are a dasher, blah blah blah. I would expect that order placed on a company’s website would be packed and placed by said company. Welp. Im a pappa jhons delivery customer no more.
It is unfortunate that I have to write a poor review for this specific location because this is a failure on a corporate level, but the person instantly throwing anyone else under the bus just to try to save face. DESPICABLE!

TJ took my order and was very patient and understanding. Buffalo Chicken was Spicy! Pizza was delivered fast – piping hot.

Nice pizza but it doesn’t seem to taste like it use to. But still for pizza it is good(personally as a pizza lover, about once a week orders from various pizza places). Fantastic service though.

Pretty good place for Pizza. I don’t compare most places to non chains, but it’s pretty close to on par with them. The staff is great, and friendly. I worked here briefly and can vouch that everything is freshly chopped, made to order, and with health safety in mind. There’s only a handful of pizzas I would never recommend like the barbecue.
