We heard about fine dining & wine courses in Panama City Beach & had to find out what the buzz was about. It is legit. Chef Robles prepared beautiful & tasteful creations that were surprisingly generous portions. The atmosphere is intimate with less than 30 guests. We enjoyed the wines and were treated to a few new vintages that were opened for the first time in FL, it was special. Congratulations to Chef and Brian for bringing this vision to our area, it’s nice to have this experience so close to home.

So tonight we went to the Reserve Room in Panama City Beach, and it was awesome.
We were there to try wines from the Sign of the Dove Winery and Taub Family Vineyards.
The pairings of the food with the wine was done perfectly by Chef Robles and the winery staff that was there doing the presentation. Before each coarse, we were told about the wines followed by Chef Robles coming out and describing the food. The service and timing of the food was the best. The food was delicious and well thought out. I had no idea this type of dining was available in this area. Thanks for the great evening

I was able to experience something truly masterful last evening…a culinary and wine experience at the Reserve Room…something truly unique in the panhandle of Florida.
Why is it special? It’s a magical opportunity that you can only take advantage of about once a month right now. And it is a chance to treat yourself, as we did, to food and wine in a way that is intimate, elegant, and tasteful and to service that is beyond what you have come to expect from a culinary experience.
Chef Philippe Robles and his staff intricately assembled and executed culinary magic for a wine dinner that featured the fabled Arkenstone Winery, Napa.
Each course was delicately paired with Sauvignon Blancs, and Cabernets. For me, it was like participating in a culinary Cirque du Soleil…one plate of artistic mastery after another expertly placed in front of me.
Simply put, we all had special evening. One we will not soon forget and we are looking forward to another in the not so distant future. You don’t get the chance to experience something like the Reserve Room, regardless of where you live. I have eaten all over the world, in some of the finest restaurants on land and sea, and I am still finding it hard to believe s dining experience this marvelous was right around the corner. Cheers!!!

Intimate and sexy! Superb experience with the wine and food pairings. With each course, the wine maker gave a story about the wine, and the french-trained world-class Chef Philippe gave a spectacular description, presentation, tasting, and pairing of food with wine. Nothing like it around!
