Update August 2025 – I’ve eaten here a half dozen times now and keep coming back. Very friendly staff and they’re starting to remember my order preferences I eat here so often. The food is prepared quickly and always cooked to perfection. They have amazing pancakes, which are on special I believe on Wednesdays for just $7.99 (pricing as of August 2025). I sometimes go low carb, which they make easy but allowing substitutions, for example sub toast and potatoes for cottage cheese and tomato slices, no up charge! Another great thing about this restaurant is that they don’t use oil to cook their eggs, instead they cook them in butter. So if you’re trying to avoid seed oils this restaurant is a great choice. The place is always clean and well lit, even when there’s a short wait they seem to get you seated quickly. Plenty of free parking and there’s a Tesla charging station at the hotel next door only 100 feet away.
The service was good, not great, but good.
The atmosphere was perfect. I enjoyed the fish on the TV and the classic rock in the background.
I did miss the decor from Maggie’s which was here before Scrambled.
The food was great.
I had Biscuits and Gravy, three eggs and potatoes. While the potatoes stole the show the rest was also very good.
My friend, who I treated to breakfast, ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with eggs and potatoes.
I do not care for Chicken Fried Steak because it usually tastes like cardboard. This CFS tastes great.
All in all I recommend Scrambled. It is not Maggie’s, but it is a good replacement.
We were seated fairly quickly, which was a nice start. However, the service left a lot to be desired. After taking our order, it took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive—not unreasonable given how busy it was, but that wasn’t the issue.
The real disappointment was the food. I ordered the Mexican omelet, which was decent, but the side of potatoes was undercooked and unappetizing. My husband got the chicken fried steak, which he said tasted more like a fried hamburger patty than anything else. The gravy was bland and lacked any real flavor.
Our daughter ordered from the kids’ menu: two chicken strips and fruit. For $9, we expected a kid-sized meal—not two rock-hard nuggets and a tiny bowl of fruit. She barely touched it, and we ended up sharing our food with her.
The service didn’t improve as the meal went on. It took forever for anyone to check on us, and by the time they did, we were just ready to pay and leave.
For a nearly $60 tab, the experience felt incredibly underwhelming. The only real positive was the atmosphere—bright and welcoming. But a nice vibe doesn’t make up for poor service and mediocre food.
This was our first visit to Scrambled, and unfortunately, it’ll be our last. We just don’t understand the hype.
strawberry, mango, pineapple, orange are all winners for taste .
Had Taco salad, / pictured and Strawberry waffles also pictured. Enjoy
Service was horrible. Had to ask for coffee refills multiple times to multiple people and still nobody showed up.
Get better!
