We stopped at the Jimmy John’s on Highway 20 in Mount Pleasant yesterday, and it was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s and really, at most fast-food places! We tried our subs toasted for the first time and they were amazing. We also got their potato salad for the first time and that was surprisingly delicious, too.
On top of the great food, the customer service was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, quick, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

1000 times better customer service atmosphere and overall general experience girls are much more pleasant and friendly store is clean. Do not waste your time. Going to the location on Washington Avenue and come here instead where you will be treated correctly.
