We frequent this store in person about once a week, and order online at at least twice a week. If you go in person, you will get better results. Whenever we order online, they frequently short us items like lettuce and to tomatoes. It’s disappointing when your salad arrives with no lettuce…. it’s a salad! I think there needs to be more attention to detail, and standards that your employees should understand so that your product offerings are at least consistent. You need to improve!

Jersey Mike’s always slaps. This place was slammed with a lunch rush getting both pickup orders as well as a packed dining area with a long line of guests. There were seven in my party. We looked at the line and got nervous about how long it might take. The team of people working behind the counter were fast and efficient and very nice and got through the bulk of guests quickly. Not only was the service quick, but the sandwiches did not suffer from the haste. They were delicious and made with love.

I frequented this establishment at least twice a week. One day out of the blue, the guy told me that he was canceling my order and when I asked why, he replied, “I have my reasons.” Um okay…..so then a week later I placed a delivery order and that was also cancelled. I tip on every order, even tho I always take it to go. I’m polite and kind to the employees. And for the record, I never got that refund for my order that was cancelled. Paid $20 for my $11 sub as carry out and no sir, you most certainly DID NOT refund my money. Pretty rude.

Every location I go to, they always make the sandwiches with even meat ratios. However, the guy who cuts the bread/meat here on Monday and Tuesday nights absolutely stiffs people, it’s DIABOLICAL I always have to ask/pay for extra meat for it to just be a normal-sized sandwich. Please have a chat with him, I love Jersey Mike’s and don’t want to have to make a longer trek to a different location every time. The location is clean and staff are nice, would love to update my review.

The food is fine but they need to figure out how to make a sub in less than 30 minutes. I dropped my family off and went 1.8 miles for a burrito, came back and ate it outside. I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to get their food. Truly amazing.

We’ve been coming to this location for 10 years. The food here is great and always has been. The service, however, has really gone down hill in recent months. We usually get subs about once every other week. The last 2 months they have not gotten a single sub right. It’s so incredibly disappointing to get home and realize the sub you’ve been craving was made wrong and now you can’t eat it.

I went here earlier today, and may I say, best service I’ve ever had. The staff was great!! The really short lady with pins helped me figure out what I wanted and was super nice and helpful, and the guy with blue hair really made me feel at home. They have great chemistry and seem to love the job!!! Never really saw the other worker but for sure a must-go-place to eat!! Great food, amazing service!

I eat at this location 2 or 3 times per week. There is a women and a guy who works here who are amazing. I finally asked there names and it’s Mason and Aidan. Everyone who walks into this restaurant Aidan and Mason are the ones who always great customers with a smile. I own my own business and am considering to offer these two awesome and hard working people jobs. Pay them more, make them manager’s before you lose them.
