If you come here don’t expect it to be like subway or jimmy johns as they offer very limited options. The tables to dine on were dirty and the counter where they prepare food was filthy. They were constantly scraping the food scraps into the trash bin instead of wiping/ sanitizing the counters tops where they prepare your food. The hot Italian I got was extremely vinegary and inedible due to the amount of peppers they piled on. The bread for the sub was very dry and hard to swallow. For the price it’s not worth your money.

I always order the same thing here. Tuna salt, pepper, mayo, oil and vinegar! So I didn’t think I needed to watch the young lady make it. I just told her what I wanted on it. And sat down to wait. I got home there was no tuna on the sandwich! How hard is it to make a tuna sub.

My order had been canceled multiple times from the store when using door dash, I’ve went in many times plenty before closing and they’re out of white bread, even wheat bread. The staff are very rude, even argumentative. We will no longer go to this location.

FOUR times in a row I have ordered the buffalo philly. FOUR times in a row I have received the wrong sub. Called the store to have it corrected and after figuring out a solution, before I could address another issue, I was abruptly hung up on. And these are the pictures of my replacement sub. Seriously?

Here’s the thing; the food that we ordered tasted great. And that’s coming from a pair of vegetarians eating at a sub shop! But my Girlfriend currently has a bad case of food poisoning that is 100% because of this place. She got the grilled Mushroom sub and my only thought is that it could be from some sort of cross contamination, maybe the mushrooms are cooked in some sort of meat grease we weren’t aware of. Either way I haven’t come to jersey mikes in a long time and now I think I’ll just stay away.

Went in for the first time today because they were having their day of giving. Ordered several sandwiches for the family. They were super busy and the staff was in high spirits, friendly, attentive and crushing it. They were a well oiled machine pumping out in house orders as well as a ton of online orders.
I couldn’t get over how busy they were and how clean and orderly everything remained.
The sandwiches were great too!
