First time eating at a Moe’s. I like the other chain restaurants that are the same style but this experience fell short. The staff was pleasant, the place was clean and very nice. My problem is the food! It was room temperature, old and lacked flavor. Maybe if the place was busier the food would have been better but with so much competition I won’t be going back.

I’m no longer impressed. I used to enjoy it here, but the prices since have soared. The food quality is just not there for how the prices are set. A rice bowl and a salad is $20?…..Maybe get rid of the fancy bowls and not give 3 bags of chips per order? I can get better quality from the grocery store. Next time I’m in the mood for this type of food I will be going to Chipotle, food quality is way better for a better price. I also found a long hair in my salad that was not my own. So disappointed

This place is far better than Chipotle. You get more for the money, better food that won’t kill you, and better staff hands down. This Moe’s in particular always hooks my fiancee and I up. The staff is very personable and the atmosphere is fun and family friendly. You definitely get value and plenty of food for what you pay.

This restaurant is clean and people were friendly. I was there for the first time and thought the staff could have walked me through the food order process better. Example would be what is included and what costs extra? The food quality is average for this type of restaurant. The tortilla chips were warm and light and very good. The salsa dips were decent. The atmosphere is better than Chipotle so I recommend trying this restaurant as a casual meal place.

So much better than Chipotle! Fresher ingredients, better options and a way more friendlier and efficient staff! Despite it’s menu name, the “Wrong Doug” will not let you down!! It is right on all levels! Portion size is good, but it’s the price tag that gives it three stars in my book.

Today was opening day, so I went because they sent me a coupon for a free burrito.
Wow! Food was excellent! Sort of like Chipotle where you build your own burrito or bowl, except there’s even MORE options (my boyfriend got something that resembled a crunch wrap from Taco Bell). Plus, they have QUESO dip, which is absolutely wonderful.
Oh, and to top it off, they have those snazzy Coke remix machines (yum!)
Will be going back for sure.

I will NOT be eating at the Moe’s on Center Ridge ever again! In the middle of eating my burito and chips I discovered a bunch of little red SPIDERS crawling all over my chips.
When I went up to the counter to show the girl the spiders in my basket of chips, her only response was “oh yeah those are spiders”.
Never did I receive so much as a sorry about that or a refund on my meal. Either would have been nice and appropriate.

Moe’s is so good. 1) free chips! 2) their guac is so good! 3) you get so much food for such a small price!! I love them. I always get great service and great food.

I’ve gone to this place since it opened, it feels like a second home to me. The staff there is kind, wonderful, and overall they’re just good people trying there best. The food is excellent cheap price, lots of food, good taste. It’s truly a shame they are closing (12/15/18) it was such an amazing place and I’m filled with sorrow that I won’t be able to come again, thank you to everyone who worked there it was an amazing place and I wish the best of all of you.
