We came here for the first time early Friday night. There wasn’t much of a crowd and the atmosphere was great. The host and our waitress, Brena, were friendly. Brena was absolutely phenomenal. She made great recommendations, had prompt service, was incredibly kind, and patient as we took some time to make up our minds. We had the Rangoon app, chicken fried chicken, BBQ burger, and the meet me in thr city cocktail. The cocktails are different, seem a little on the expensive side, but the taste grew on us. The Rangoon had great flavor. The portions for the main meals are good sizes. The chicken fried chicken had 2 pieces. The BBQ burger had good flavor and the fries were really good. Overall, the bill was $72. Yes, a little more expensive than we planned but the food was worth it. The leftovers heated up really well and tasted just as good. We will be back to try other recommendations and hopefully we have Brena. Thank you, Brena for an amazing first visit!

Dined in on a Thursday night before heading to a show at the Astro. My friend and I enjoyed the mixed drinks and loved the Rangoon. She got the Pulled Pork Nachos as her meal. That flavor profile just isn’t for me (sampled) but she enjoyed them. I had the Bacon Jam Burger with a side of chips with ranch. The chips and ranch were amazing. The burger was just ok. Atmosphere alone makes this a place to stop, especially if you’re looking for drinks and a bite before a show!

My husband had been here once before with guys from work and really liked the fish and chips, but $22 was a little pricey. This time, he got the meatloaf sandwich with the homemade chips and enjoyed it. I didn’t really care for the sandwich, but the chips were good. I had a hawiian pizza but didn’t really like the crust. Service was ok. I really liked the decor and vibe of the place though.

Went to the city pub for the first time and the experience was absolutely horrible. 15 minutes before our server came over to our table. We had to ask for our server. We ordered a bottle of wine like the menu says we can. The server came back and said they do not sell it by the bottle. The bottle of wine wasn’t full either. It’s on the menu that you can. The manager came over and delivered it and said sorry for the miscommunication that it was the last bottle of wine. One of the glasses was dirty and had a lipstick stain on it. Food came out fast. Food was actually pretty good. Our server never came back to check on us after we got our food. Bathrooms were dirty.

Great new place in La Vista City Center. Wonderful menu- appetizers, small plates and entrées! I like to check the burgers at a new place (if you can’t get that right I don’t worry about the rest) and they are fantastic! Pizza is really good. I’ve tried a couple of the apps and loved them. The space is going to set this place apart. Two levels, with an outdoor 2nd level bar space. I’ll be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch today and was very pleased. The service was super quick and everything came out deliciously warm. I tried a few things to test out different flavors.
First was the Blue Cheese Chips. I am a big blue cheese fan so these hit just right. The bacon was delicious and there was quite a bit of it! This for sure a two person appetizer. I ended up taking half of it home.
Second was the Bacon Jamburger. The meat alone on this burger was delicious. I do wish it was cooked a little less for more juice but still was delicious. The bacon onion jam had great flavor and could have used a tad bit more of it. I loved the fries and perfectly cooked.
Overall for lunch it was amazing. The location is super fun with multiple areas for any kind of mood you may be in. I could easily see my wife and friends eating downstairs and my buddies and I upstairs playing pool.
There is a really nice patio that sitting outside with cocktails would be great.

First time visiting here as I enjoy going to new places many times a week. Walked in and sat at the bar and took forever for anyone to acknowledge my small group even though it was not busy. Immediately I was not impressed. I ended up ordering chicken that came in a bowl for $23 and a drink which was definitely not worth the price. Overall, the atmosphere is amazing but the service and food left a lot to be desired and definitely not worth a $40 tab at the end of the day. Wouldn’t recommend as a place to stop as your money gets much better flavor & service elsewhere.

Ok I just have to say if the dishes remain consistent the place won’t fail. Very good! Priced right, clean, great service, easy to read menu. I felt like the menu had special attention towards unique but recognizable dishes that everyone could easily find an option. I wasn’t overwhelmed with too many items either. Caleb did awesome both as bartender and placing our food order. The shrimp cavatappi dish was excellent very east coast feel with a white sauce that was less white and more seafood. Kyle had the steak sandwich which he devoured with rave reviews. Brian had the blue cheese burger with mushrooms instead of bacon and it’s burger bracket worthy. The specialty drinks were spot on. We each tried three different drinks and all were very very good.

This is a great stop. We had the wings and fries and the sirloin steak, finishing with the bread pudding. The steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus were delicious. The wings were moist and large. The fries were okay.
Overall we had a great dinner. The staff were very nice and helpful. Menu has a good variety overall.

Head chef Gk has it goin on!!! Cannot stress how great the chips, bacon, and Gorgonzola cheese appetizers are!! Crab Rangoon with chili sauce and deep-fried noodles are perfection. Bleu vacon burger, juicy and full of flavor. Finally the olive oil caje – sounds weird but oh!! Magnificent.
Service was on point and very helpful.
