I ordered DoorDash. I did not receive what I ordered!! I specified how I wanted my sandwiches and what sauces I wanted. I did not receive it correctly! Completely missing the kids meal drink, side and cookie! It says the kids sub is 3 inches and this is 2 inches! Missing all the sides of sauces in the entire order and the sandwiches were made wrong!! Missing all the sides of pickles I ordered as well!

I recently placed an order through DoorDash from the Moraine location, requesting a small Italian sub—plain, with just cheese and a light touch of spice—along with a small fry and a Pepsi. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The sub arrived missing both the cheese and the spice, and the bun was dry and tough to chew. I ended up adding my own cheese at home, but the overall taste was still unpleasant. The fries were cold and soggy, to the point that I discarded them without eating.
This location used to be known for delivering quality meals, but it seems standards have slipped significantly. I reached out to DoorDash customer service and was thankfully issued a refund. However, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I absolutely love Super Subby’s and this location has quickly become my favorite. Real nice and polite employees. Conveniently located on the way to a Flyers game. Looking forward to many more subs with kids eat free before seeing great basketball 😉

If you’re going to change the buns, the same buns you’ve used for DECADES, you really ought to give people a heads up first!! When someone comes in and buys $40+ worth of food, and doesn’t find out about such a change until they get home with their food, it tends to rub them the wrong way when the new buns taste bad and are tough.
Super Subby”s, it’s been real, but you’ve lost a customer over this, and I know I won’t be the only one.
FWIW the store employees did nothing wrong. My issue is with what is clearly a corporate/management decision on getting rid of the old bread recipe and/or going with a new supplier, whatever the case may be.

The very best sandwiches ever. I ordered the Med. Veggie and my husband ordered the Med. Hoggie with pizza sauce and cheese w/ onion. We do a lot of reviews of restaurants and online shopping markets. And we can honestly say the Best of Dayton so far. Hopefully you will order and enjoy like we did. We did not get paid by Super Subbys. We do this to help others get the best for their hard earned bucks.

Subby’s at one time used a toaster oven to warm their subs and they were the best in the 80s. Now, they put their subs in a microwave to heat them. The bread is like a dough ball and the sub has no taste. I thought it was bad enough then and I said I would never go back. I went back again the other day and OMG they used Texas toast for bread instead of sub bread and microwaved that too. It was just terrible. I am done with that place.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever received at any food establishment in the area! You can tell that the employees in this location care about their jobs and go above and beyond for every customer that walks into the door. Definitely higley recommend this place. Also food is always the best! Hot and fast.
