My breakfast croissant was good! I haven’t been to a jack in the box in a super long time and my first experience in one a bit over a week ago was a good one! Love that they do all-day breakfast. My bf liked his sandwich too.

SUPER impressed for my first visit ever! I mean its burgers and they make a pretty damn good burger! I will definitely come back for my next burger craving! Also the employees were super cool and seemed like they were killing it in life. Seriously they were busting their butts to get the food out and I just want to say that some people actually notice and appreciate a strong work ethic!

Went through the drive-through on the first visit and walked in on the second visit. Prices are a little bit. High portions are OK. Service is good. The food was hot and fresh and made to order. They have much better deals if you download the app.

This location is very similar to others just in a super nicer (and EXTREMLEY FAR & OUT OF THE WAY) part of town lol BUTTTT the ONLY reason really that I felt the 100% need to write out an actual review is because of the lady there the other night at legit like 2am!!! Lol we had stopped to go by a friends apt nearby and ordered a strawberry shake while we were waiting on her to tell us where to park… And let me tell you those were probably two of the best strawberry shakes I’ve ever had or just very high up there LOL she made them so on point and thick and bomb as well as putting a lot of whipped cream on top the only literally only thing she did wrong was she forgot to give us our straws which is I guess kind of essential but it definitely was overlooked due to how good the shake ended up being lol she deserves a raise just for her shake making ability haha thank you for your service Ms. Graveyard shift add people like you that make the shakes price worth it… (Ok maybe not ALL THE WAY Haha but that’s virtually impossible to get that done lol!!)

Ordered online ahead of time. I work odd hours so not many options at 4:30a… I was the only car and still had to wait almost 15 minutes in the drive thru. Woman never greeted me or said one word. You could’ve handed me my drink while waiting so long for my order. Hands bag out the window and closes it immediately. Well good morning and have a fantastic day to you too lady, geeze. I guess general common courtesy is too much to ask to go with my overpriced breakfast sandwich. Lol.

Stopped in here because my friend wanted a burger. The cashier/order taker was out in the eating area straightening the place up and did wash her hands before taking our order, which was nice.
We ordered without any issues. The problems arose when we went to fill our drinks. It seemed like than half the flavors were empty. Flavors as simple as “Coke” were unavailable, leaving only the options no one really wanted (see images).
The remainder of the restaurant was in equally bad shape, from a broken condiments stand to ketchup being on the walls of one of the booths.
A few years ago I worked with a company that updated computer systems in restaurants and one of my clients was Jack-in-the-Box. I recalled them working overnight to clean the restaurant from top to bottom. Today’s experience ran counter to what I’d witnessed before and I can no longer really recommend JitB to others as a place to take some kids or otherwise order food.
