Good food and nice and caring employees. Clean restaurant the one in Eastman GA and the one in McRae Georgia. Those are the 2 best ones that I stop at when I travel to that area.

This subway has denied us service two times. We asked for 6 foot long subs. Nothing fancy, just meat and cheese. The lady said she wasn’t making that many subs. We even gave her 4 hours notice. She refused. It was the same lady both times.

Let me start by saying I eat subway every day for lunch. I also get the same sandwich every day. CODY here in Eastman made my sandwich so perfect, evenly spacing all ingredients and condiments, that it was the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten at subway. Every bite I could taste every ingredient. He took his time and made it as perfect as he could and it showed. Super nice guy and I will definitely be back! He needs a raise!

I swear to god their mobile ordering system is NEVER up, and when you do manage to catch it when it’s up they’ll just cancel the order. One time I placed an order, walked in 15 minutes later just to find out they canceled it and then they turned it off completely so I couldn’t place another one. Nobody else was in the store so not like they were even busy.

4/30/29 I do not know the lady name but she has dreadlocks in her hair. I asked for my sub (on flat bread) to be toasted very lightly which is 10 seconds. This lady puts it’s on 25 seconds. Then she walks away. After she comes back I asked for my sub to be remade she then goes back and forth with me saying “ain’t nothing wrong with it”. If I have to pay for it then it should be done the way I want it to be done. Sometimes on flat bread and turkey meat starts tasting funny when you heat it up for long.

Where do I begin, I enter wanting a foot long and a free 6in Tuna Sub. The young lady whose name started with a “M” was making my food didn’t follow MY INSTRUCTIONS, I’m trying to explain how the proper way I needed my subs made and she got an attitude. Then proceeds to tell me how the sub is supposed to go, not caring about what I wanted. I thought the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, but honestly I didn’t feel like that. Very horrible

I may have had the worst customer service and possibly human interaction in my life at this subway location tonight. At around 9:20pm on 12/29/24, I had to make a stop at this location. My Fiance works the night shift and often asks me to get her late night orders from various restaurants. I understood that it was 40 minutes from their close time and all the option for sandwiches may not be available. When I arrived I saw a worker walking towards the door when I walked in. I immediately said “I’m so sorry that I’m coming in so late, is it still OK to order something real quick?” She proceeded to roll her eyes, let out a deep sigh, and said “What you want?!” I tell her the kind of sandwich and she starts walking to the counter. While she is walking she says “you’re lucky because one more minute and I was going to lock that door for the night and you wouldn’t have gotten your sandwich, I haven’t had a customer in over an hour, and when I don’t have a customer for that long I lock up and go home. I have babies waiting on me at home. It has just been me working alone all day.” After that long statement I tried my best to lighten the mood with conversation and nothing worked and only negativity remained. This whole thing was ridiculous. What kind of close policy depends on the last customer entry? That’s not what the door or Google says. I sympathize with her if she’s been working alone, but it seems like the business needs to either shut down or hire more help if it can not operate properly. The poor attitude after I entered and she accepted my business was also distasteful. She also couldn’t tost the bun because she said “I can’t tost no buns because I shut that off a while ago.” Overall a terrible visit, and this really shows how this Subway location operates. I don’t entirely blame the worker if this is how the franchise allows her to operate, or how management let’s her do things. Again I understand it was late, but it honestly would have been better to just turn me away at the door. If it were a sandwich for me and not my Fiance I would have turned around and left the shop empty-handed and never returned.

This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I’ve tried to get food and they are LITERALLY closing up before 8/8:30 with the doors locked before then. It’s ridiculous that a Subway would lock the doors at 8pm. They are rude and could care less. I have worked in service and I know those jobs can be tough and short staffed. But I also know when the owner/company/regional manager needs to be called! No excuses GET IT TOGETHER. The rudeness and locking up whenever they feel like it is ridiculous.

No idea what the experience is typically like here. But I placed an online order and it was ready and right in just a few minutes. The lady working behind the counter was absolutely precious and beyond friendly.
