Eimi Sushi & Ramen was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fantastic and family friendly. The service was amazing. They were so kind and our drinks were never empty. The food was top notch. We had a group of 10 and all the food was hot and out fast. It tasted delicious as well! We were very pleased with our experience.

I just took my family and friends here for dinner and had the most enjoyable experience ever. The food was great!! We got several sushi rolls (the red dragon roll was my favorite), soup dumplings, ramen, and more and everything was delicious. The staff was also so sweet and attentive. They made us feel like part of their family. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with Eimi Sushi! Thr restaurant is very clean and the decor is beautiful. The service is great! Everyone is so nice. We tried the steam buns and oan fried buns. Both excellent. The sushi rolls were all excellent. Very high quality and great flavor. The fish was very fresh. The Ninja and Lemonland were our favorites. They were all so good. The price is better than other sushi places in the area. Our family loved this restaurant and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The sushi was great! It tasted very fresh. The smoking gun roll was our favorite. The prices were pretty reasonable and in line with other sushi places in the area. The service was a little bit slow but the food more than made up for it.

At the end of my families meal, the front staff came to collect our payment. After providing a printed ticket, she insisted that I pay her personal Venmo instead of paying with cash. So I paid her Venmo for the bill’s total and left a cash tip at the table.
A little over a month after our visit, I received an email from Venmo letting me know that the front staff submitted a dispute against my payment. Her name on Venmo is ***Jiamin Wu***. There are many other payments to this lady the day before, the day of my visit, and the day after for the same exact things (ramen, sushi, lunch). The restaurants posted number (on their site, on maps, everywhere) is not in service and I have no way of contacting them or going into the restaurant to resolve this right now.
SO DO NOT COME HERE IF THEIR CARD READER IS DOWN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE

EDIT: in a more recent visit, the decline in food quality and service was both noticeable and disappointing! I would still visit Eimi again, but unfortunately I’m more likely to choose other local ramen/Japanese places from now on
We love this place! I have noticed some minor inconsistencies in the food quality at times, but I love their tonkotsu ramen and appetizers so much that it doesn’t make a huge difference to me. They utilize a mobile ordering system, which may seem confusing on a first visit, but quickly becomes comfortable and efficient. You scan a QR code at the table to view the menu AND place your order. The staff are kind though and definitely willing to help out if you have questions or special requests/concerns. The dining area and decorations create for a nice vibe as well. Overall a great spot for good Japanese and Asian specialities 🙂

Eimi Sushi & Ramen is probably my new favorite restaurant! The interior design is gorgeous, the staff are incredibly friendly (especially James), and the artwork that decorates the restaurant is beautifully balanced.
Most importantly, as someone who eats a LOT of mapo doufu, their chef, who is actually from the Sichuan Region, cooks the most authentic and delicious mapo doufu I’ve EVER had! It was so delicious, I had in twice in one week!
They have incredible sushi options that are on par with other sushi restaurants in the valley. The rice is perfectly cooked and the fish quality is high, given Utah’s location. The takoyaki is also very very good. Their classic Chinese lunch dishes, like the Sweet & Sour Chicken are well priced and cooked to perfection. Their soup selections are great, but the egg drop soup is highly recommended!
My only concern would be the price of the premium rolls. With the current 50% off they’re very affordable, but what about after it’s over? However, their classic rolls like the Philly Roll and California Roll are very good and competitively priced even now!
I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to you. And if you’ve never had mapo doufu, you only need to come here and never try any other place again! I’ll continue to come here at least 2-3x a month for the service and incredible food!

Food looked fantastic until I took a bite, the dumplings tasted like cat food with its mystery meat. The sushi was hot and had little to no flavor. The cake was decent. I was really excited for my order but now that I ate some of it I feel like I’m going to vomit ☹️
