Went on a Sunday around 5..party of 7. $24 a person. No wait..got a nice table close to window with a beautiful view. Beef was good!! Lots of options..some good …some ehhh. Service was dynamite . Really attentive waitress who was friendly and efficient. Bussed table often and filled drinks. Friendly line staff too! A solid option if you’re looking for a buffet in Laughlin.

I just moved to Arizona and this is the first time I’ve had the Thanksgiving Dinner buffet. With my mom having passed away in 2018 my immediate family never gets together anymore, so naturally I decided to eat here instead of cooking a giant meal just for myself. I used a buffet comp for dinner tonight and am a Platinum Player here. The food was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly even though they were overwhelmed with people waiting 2+ hours in line to go and eat. Thankfully with Platinum I’m able to skip the giant line. Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for an excellent meal today!

I wouldn’t be leaving this review. If it wasnt for the dirty looks from staff and the shut up and give me your money attitude from Emily the host at the front desk. Emily doesn’t want to greet you she literally just wants to know who’s paying and for you to be on your way especially when there isn’t anyone in line and standing talking to her friend who smirked when she purposefully repeated my father’s name wrong. Honestly I would have been OK with a smile and enjoy your meal. Full disclosure no we weren’t rude in anyway. Emily if you read this you probably shouldnt be working at a job you cant seem to handle. When you ask rudely “So which one of you is paying this $47.98?” When you have this look on your face. people will probably think your being rude. Food sucked too. Never coming back especially because of Mz Emily. Its been a year since I’ve eaten here last. It had way better staff and slightly better food then.

Went on Friday so it was seafood night. Prices much higher than weekdays. Seafood was a bit bland and the prime rib was tasty but with a weird mushy texture. Overall a bit overrated for the cost. Almost an hr wait to get in. The staff was fantastic even though it was really busy.

Let me start off by saying our server was so nice….
. So wenWent on Valentine’s Day thinking it would be something spectacular. We ended up getting dry ham, dry roast, beef half the stuff in the buffet.Look like it was warmed up from the day before some of the things I had in there, I couldn’t even figure out what they were, but I did try a little bit of everything and needless to say, everything I had was either tasteless or tasted like it was spoiled now, don’t get me wrong. I don’t usually post bad reviews. But after eating here the next morning spent most of my day throwing up so I think I got food poisoning, it’s unfortunate that the only buffet that I found in Laughlin was this bad will not return. I hope they can turn things around and offer people a better experience for the price that we paid

In a day an age where it is practically impossible to operate a buffet, I have to give the Riverside Buffet a definite five-star thumbs up. There are very few buffets left, so we really appreciate the opportunity to visit what few are left. We were absolutely delighted at the enormous variety of dishes, entrees, breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and something for everyone. It was great to combine breakfast lunch and dinner all on the same plate. I like a variety, and they definitely had it all. The restaurant was incredibly clean, well-organized, and efficiently run by all. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The waitress must have come back 10 times to offer more coffee and ask if we needed anything else. Hope they will be able to continue this beautiful buffet for years to come. Thank you Riverside Hotel and all your beautiful restaurants for the great memories through the years

Was concerned with all the bad reviews but I think it just depends on when you go. Been there twice for dinner on Monday and Tuesday (asian and Island themed respectively). For what it was, it was pretty decent. Can’t say there was any actually authentic food but wasn’t bad. The themed food accounts for a little less than half of the offering and is mainly what I tried since much of the always offered staples looks like cheap junk food. Servers and staff were all excellent too.

Seafood buffet was so disappointing. Me being from Vegas I guess I just expected more but for 35 dollars I suppose. The meats looked like jelly. And the roast beef tasted n smelled like the beef from canned dog food

This is not what I was expecting for a buffet. Especially paying $45.00 for two people. The food was sitting. Some were fresh others, not. Some of the food was cold. The plates were dirty. The server was very unhappy about their job. The same is true with the hostess. If I had a choice. This would not be the place I would eat. Unhappy employees= Yucky food.

It was 20 bucks and absolutely terrible I miss Granny’s above the Pioneer. Those were the days! 25.00 and it’s prime rib and lobster. I’d pay double if it came back. We loved that place
