Standby for traditional Vietnamese dishes, from noodles to pho, presented in spare quarters.

Small inside but PACKED with flavor. I am so happy this place was close by! We were craving flavor but didn’t want a heavy meal.
We were seated immediately followed by ice water we didn’t have to ask for. Our waitress was a nice lady who was very helpful once she found out it was our first time.
I ordered the well done brisket phǒ and my friend ordered the a spicy chicken dish (S10 on the menu)
When I tell you the pho was AMAZING do not add anything in the broth. It’s really good without the additional sauces. Maybe a squeeze of lime or Thai basil but it didn’t need it. At the very end of my bowl I decided to hoisin sauce and Sriracha and I regretted it so leave the broth alone. Hahaha.

I think it looks a lot nicer on the inside than out, comfortable cozy eating spot. Prices were usual. They don’t offer milk with their espresso iced coffee, only condensed milk by upgrading to their other coffee. The ban mi was incredibly small compared to all others I’ve tried elsewhere. The photo i provided was a little more than half of the entire bun. Basically a hot dog size bun. Never got refills on our waters. When they finally came back to check on us, I asked for napkins and chili oil but the waiter started to walk off mid sentence which I found rude. They couldn’t split the check for us unless we checked out at the register. I couldn’t understand what the gentleman said for my items but I responded with yes this item, this item, and that item, and he gave me a ticket for only two of the three items making me need to put a second charge on my card for the third item on another ticket. Overall it was okay. The food itself was general/normal good. They were out of basil unfortunately, which is a staple in pho.

I love this place. Saigon Bowl has the best Pho in Arizona. Since we first tried this place, my wife and I have eaten gear at least once a week since. It’s worth a try, everything is amazing but the pho is especially great

Saigon Bowl is located in a safe neighborhood, conveniently located on Hayden Rd and Roosevelt Street with lots of free parking behind the building. There is a beautiful apartment complex. I’ve been here many times and one time with my dad and we both enjoy their food. Their sandwiches are low in price, thankfully since it was a little bit lackluster in portion size I expected more meat , though it was delicious with amazing spice. I love their wings, and their main entrée was also really good the staff there is very down to earth and genuine.

Great place, in a older not so we’ll kept strip mall off the beaten path. The menu was well done with plenty of options for Vietnamese foods, including excellent Pho and other rice based dishes. There was one or two folks running the place whom we all friendly but everything seemed a bit hurried, although the overall service was quick and on point. The environment was nice, and modern and seemed pretty clean for the most part. We had Pho, Lemon Chicken cutlets and a fried rice dish. All were fresh, hot and came out quick. We will definitely return since there’s plenty to try on the extensive menu. We arrived at about 730 and there were people being seated well after our meal despite them closing at 9 pm.

Delicious! Reasonably priced in the age of inflation! Spicy if you like spicy, not spicy if you eat plain like me. Tasty food, I saw a steady stream of people picking up take away orders while I was sitting in a comfy booth eating lunch. Clean restaurant, looks like it was recently remodeled. Nice staff. Not too far from the Phoenix zoo.

I have been to plenty of Pho places but by far this is the best one. I came with my fiance, and we started off with the pork rolls. Most resteraunts, their rolls are dry but not this one. It had so much flavor to it and it was juicy. My fiance had the chicken fried rice and I had the P3 Pho. Both had so much savory flavors and the quality of the food is definitely there. The staff was very quick to bring out the food, which was a plus. I would definitely go here again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Phoenix. I will drive across town and skip many other Vietnamese restaurants to go here.
The food is all very fresh and well prepared, and you can tell they care. Prices are reasonable and everything is efficient and clean.

I met my friend here for an 11:30 AM Tuesday lunch. When you walk in the atmosphere has a little bit more of modern feel in decoration versus a typical Asian restaurant. The place seem clean except for the glass doors you enter from. Our server was OK, can’t say he was overly friendly, in fact seemed very annoyed when my friend asked for water with no ice.
We ordered the (P2) Pho with Slices of Eye Round Steak and an extra side of Tripe (for $3.00 extra) and a (P6) Pho with White Chicken Meat. I also ordered a Jasmine Ice Tea. Ordering was fast and delivery of orders were fast. The fresh side veggie topping were abundant. The Pho itself was good. Was it a Wow for the price a P2 with Tripe and an Ice Tea $20.29? So much competition out there.
Atmosphere: nicely decorated. Service: could be friendlier. Food: good.
