Soooo much better than any other sub shoppes in the area! With other places you have to buy 50% more meat just to make it like a Jersey Mike’s sub!

My wife and I visited our favorite sandwich shop, but the experience was a major letdown. The tables weren’t clean, and my wife had to wait while I ordered. To make matters worse, they got my sandwich wrong – I ordered the #6 chopped with sweet peppers, onions, and portobello mushrooms, but it was a mess. They had to remake it, and even then, it wasn’t right. My wife’s chicken cheesesteak with portobello mushrooms was dry, so I suggested adding mayonnaise to moisten it. As a former chef, I was appalled by the service. We’re not returning until they step up their game. I strongly recommend they provide training on griddle cooking and order accuracy.

Grabbed a quick bite in this location on 09/27/25, about 45 minutes before their listed closing time. Upon coming in, I was greeted not by a group of cheerful staff, but with a long quizzical look which to me came across as “Really, you still want to order?” Asked them if it’s still good to dine in but one of them shook his head. As I was heading out I was told that they’re still not closed and that I can still order, but the same guy went on a spiel saying that their manager just quit and he has to deal with the employees who are with him that evening. Not a good impression to show the customer as we have nothing to do with it, nor can do anything to solve their issues!
The place behind the counter was very, very dirty! From the place where the subs are prepared, to the kitchen sink, and where the cooking griddle was, they’re all dirty! Lettuces and onions are sprawled all over the counter and on the floor. Picture a bunch of grade schoolers who were sloppy with their lunch food and then just stood up and left.
Whoever the manager of this store needs to step up and instill discipline and professionalism to everyone who is working there.
