The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfy, and the free breakfast is delicious. We had excellent service from Ryan, Iris, Kirt, Zoe and Helen. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, and quick to serve. We came in with a larger group for a book conference, and were expertly and graciously accommodated. Would highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Just attended a five day conference here and the place was amazing. First up… great rooms, yummy breakfast, and lovely cocktail hour. All the meals and snack we received were tasty, and the staff went above and beyond. Big props to Aysha at the front desk for helping me out with the a minor room situation and we enjoyed chatting with Bryce behind the bar and Alisha our waitress kept everything moving the day we all decided to defend for lunch.

I was a guest at the Embassy Suites in Olathe, Kansas from September 2 through September 8 of this year, 2024. I was with the GRL conference and every afternoon starting at 4 PM, we made our way upstairs to The Reserve, which was a stand out of the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Helen, Zoe, and Curtis. I’m sure I’m missing others. Everybody was fun and helpful and contributed to us having one of the best conferences we’ve had in the more than 10 years of our organization. THANK YOU!

Was there for GRL 2024 and everything about this hotel was AMAZING! The rooms are huge, and clean. The staff eye very friendly and helped me navigate adding my roomate to the room since she was getting in before me. Helen at the terrace bar was such a doll! She was fast and courteous even though our group is A LOT to handle lol. The Burger restaurant was incredible, and Alicia worked the lunch rush after the first author signing on her own with great efficency! I wish we could have the event there every year!
