I visited this food truck today and really enjoyed the experience. I tried the Bhimavaram mixed fried rice, pullattulu, challa punugulu, Andhra special chicken appetizer, and tomato bajji, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

The food truck also has a great ambience, and the seating area is well arranged and suitable for all types of weather conditions, which makes it a comfortable place to enjoy the food. Definitely worth trying!

Pallevelugu in Denton standout for its incredible range of flavors. Their Indo-Chinese dishes, especially the street-style noodles and fried rice, have that perfect smoky, spicy kick you can’t find anywhere else. On the South Indian side, their crispy dosas and fresh punugulu are consistently authentic and delicious. Great portions, friendly service, and easily the best spot in town for a fusion fix!

Heard the hype and visited.i tried
Pullatlu – soft spongy. But pullaga ledu . Just like a normal set dosa.
Double egg chicken fried rice – good portion size. Default order is spicy enough. Not sure if all can handle.

We had a really good experience with Palle Velugu Indian Food Truck. The food was tasty and the team is clearly working hard to improve. What stood out to me is how open they are to feedback and how positively they take it. You can see the effort they’re putting in to make the experience even better each time. Palle Vellugu’s food truck menu is a true celebration of authentic South Indian street food. The variety is impressive — from soft, comforting Idly and crispy golden Vada, to flavorful Dosas. Their combos are well thought out, offering hearty pairings like Idly/Vada with chicken curry or dosa with curry for a satisfying meal.

Prices are very reasonable considering the portions and variety. What makes this menu special is its authenticity — it doesn’t just serve the basics, but also brings traditional Andhra-style dishes that you’d usually only find in Indian homes or specialty restaurants

Overall, this food truck is a hidden gem for anyone craving real Indian flavors. Whether you want a light snack or a full meal, the menu has something for everyone.

I visited Palle Vellugu food truck and found the food to be good overall. The quantity of food was very good. However, one downside is that there are no bathroom facilities available, which can be inconvenient. Tea was free. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

I visited Pallevelugu again — this was my second time. I tried the Pullatulu and Chicken Fried Rice. The fried rice was absolutely awesome, with authentic Andhra street-style flavor and perfect spice levels. The Challa Punugulu were also very tasty.

Since it was Friday, the food truck was very busy, so it took some time to prepare our order. When I asked about the delay, they explained that they start preparing the food only after the order is placed. I really appreciate that because it shows they make everything fresh, unlike some other food trucks.

If it’s too busy, please be patient because they prepare the food only after we place the order. The freshness and quality are worth the wait.

Overall, it was totally worth it. I will definitely recommend Pallevelugu to my friends. Fresh, authentic, and delicious!

Must try place in Denton. Tried Double Egg Noddles and Challa Punugulu. They both fulfilled my expectations. Took back to Indian street style.
Note: They are serving hot masala chai complementary.

Drove about an hour after seeing their “bhimavaram” specials. Disappointed with the bajji mixture and tomato bajji. They aren’t bhimavaram style. The mixture is dry like guntur muntha masala. Jeedi pappu bajji mixture has no trace of cashew.

The mixed fried rice was okay but not the bvrm mixed style again.

Please dont use the BHIMAVARAM name when none of the items are authentic to their origin.

Above all, the food is extremely extremely spicy. When catering to wide array of customers, please be considerate of the spice level.

Really loved the taste!
First time finding Tomato Bajji in the USA — it was amazing, 5/5! The truck’s special appetizer looked yum, and I also tried the Bhimavaram Mixed Fried Rice, which was really good too.
Food-wise: 5/5. I would highly recommend this truck in Denton!
