Went in for lunch on 12/31 hoping for a quick pit stop while traveling. Saw the Grand Opening banner still up and hoped for a good experience.
This Taco Bell has an odd configuration – all guests have to use self-serve kiosks to place orders, fumbling through pages of menus to place an order; similar to Sheetz, but much more clumsy.
There is a single cash register, but it was unmanned, and there were no menu boards, so I’m unsure if you could order there if you wanted (or pay with cash for that matter). Ordering for a family of 3 took more than 5 minutes due to the slow kiosks, which must be why they have 5 in place – 4 of which are in an area that can be quarantined from the rest of the facility. I suspect that the concept is for the dining room to shut down in the evening while allowing guests to still enter on foot into the small vestibule to place an order, but given that this isn’t in a walkable area, it makes no sense.
The staff was working their tails off to get orders pulled together, but the drive thru had priority, so it took us more than 25 minutes to get our food with only 2 other customers before u in the queue. Since the kiosks don’t have cups, we weren’t able to sip on our drinks while we waited, which would’ve been more convenient. Instead, we were left uncomfortably watching the staff prepare meal after meal to go out the drive thru window. As much as I love their food, I don’t think TB’s image is helped when you see how the meal is prepared.
The dining room echoes the industrial vibe of the exterior – heavy metal and wood chairs that echo through the slim, cavernous dining room in an uncomfortable fashion.
Between the staffing issues (tempers between team members seemed high) and lack of preparation (no security cameras or final coat of pavement on the parking lot), it seems the grand opening should’ve been pushed back a few weeks to allow for a smoother rollout.
It’ll probably be a while before I go to another Taco Bell, and I’ll definitely be avoiding any with this new format.

I’ve done mobile orders here at least 5 times and they got everything correct each time. Didn’t wait long in drive thru and everything was cooked properly. Definitely recommend this location

A very different taco bell. A lot of kiosks and not a lot of registers. I kinda like it though, makes it very easy to order exactly what I want. ( I’m kind of picky and remove beans and veggies).
They got my order exactly the way I wanted. And got my order out
Pretty quickly all things considerd. It’s definitely faster for people going through the drive thru. But that’s pretty standard for most fast food places.
Didn’t really get to interact with the workers all that much.But they all seemed nice and very direct. Looks like they’re doing a good job keeping the store clean as well
I really like the outside Dining area it has very nice moody lightning. Will definitely be taking my friends here to sit outside during warmer nights in the summer
Overall, a pretty a good experience.Just kind of wish it was open a little later. like at least until 11. That way I could grab something before I go home form work ( I work at the little caesars nearby). But that’s just me.

Had to wait around 15+ minutes for my food, but honestly worth the wait! Can’t really complain about waiting that much, cause Taco Bell is always busy when I’m around, and I frankly don’t want any employees stressing even more lol

worst taco bell i have ever been to. didn’t ask me if i wanted my tacos supreme so of course they just did whatever they wanted and made them regular. when i ordered the DORITOS LOCOS TACOS SUPREME MEAL. please stop employing lazy college students who can’t do their jobs. it is absolutely ridiculous.

Went through drive through picked up a #10 and paid more for a soft taco instead of crunchy, guess what they didn’t add the taco. This is to be expected for a new store but when I called the number it just rings and rings and rings. I would like a refund or the food I paid for but can’t get in touch with anyone. Doesn’t help that Taco Bell doesn’t have customer service on the weekends. This location is awesome in theory and Sabraton needed a Taco Bell but it is in a horrible location and the store itself is laid out super weird and the drive through is awkward and tight. Probably won’t be back.

Went through the drive thru ordered 2 burritos, 2 tacos, 2 ridiculously LG. drinks and it came to 23. 87. The food was awful, can’t believe they get away charging that much to hard working Americans. Now if the food was good, or even descent, it might be worth that much, but it really is bad, the way its made, the taste of it. I never get heart burn and I got the worst heart burn I’ve ever had from this food. Don’t waste your good money here, what a waste, I need to go take some medication now. Thanx Taco Bell for the awful heart burn and for taking waaay too much money from me for that terrible stuff you call food.

Terrible TacoBell, the worst actually! Dear Lord! We went into this establishment at 9 PM Feb 4rth to sit down and dine. The middled aged female food service worker at the register was (by far) the most unprofessional and outright rude in such a crass manor, it is astounding! The lack of decorum knows no bounds for this individual. We will be reporting this middle aged female employee to corporate as this is blatently unacceptable customer service this service industry worker was a train wreck. This nightmare of an employee is a terrible representation of the TacoBell corporation, as a whole.
