I got an iced vanilla crafted press and they filled the cup all the way with ice and when I asked them to make it again she did the same thing and tried explaining that that’s how it should be. Maybe I’m crazy but I’m pretty sure no drink is made where the whole cup is ice?!

This store is our favorite Caribou!! They consistently make their coffee drinks with perfect balance of flavor and richness!! Most other coffee brands taste weak, bitter or burnt. We grew up with Caribou in Minnesota and years ago moved to Denver. Now the caribous in Denver are gone so we are Caribou starved. We come back to Minnesota every two months or so to get our fix of great coffee.
Of all the stores we’ve been to in Minnesota this one is tops!!

I was disappointed in my order. The barista was falling asleep while making the drink and when I picked up my drink I asked her if it was only two shots to make sure it was made as I ordered, she said yes. We’ll, on my way home I tried it and it was not good. Tasted like more than the only two shots I always order in large iced white chocolate mocha. I dumped it and bought another from another location. I’ll never go back here and won’t recommend this one to anyone.

order taker was super sweet and helpful, and they all made my drinks absolutely delicious. this caribou has the best coolers ever, very unfortunately unparalleled by anyone else bc i usually go to different caribous and can never achieve the same cooler experience. got my dad a peach black tea also, and he loved it of course because it’s his favorite

I never leave bad reviews. I’ve only ever done it once or twice before. I prefer to leave only good reviews. However, my experience with this location today was so negative that here I am leaving a bad review! So disappointed! Our clinic orders from this Caribou pretty frequently since we’re located right near them, but today we ordered 9 drinks and 4 of them were either wrong or were missing from the order, and literally NONE of them were labeled. First, a staff member had to wait for almost an hour for them to get made in the first place because the caribou staff felt that our order wasn’t as important as all the individual orders walking through the door, even though our order was first. When we sent a different staff member back to get the 4 drinks that were wrong/missing, she was there for OVER AN HOUR waiting for them to correct their mistake because once again, they prioritized all the people walking through the door. I had to call and complain and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude right off the bat and non apologetic and blamed it on staffing issues. I understand being understaffed, but learn how to prioritize orders correctly. Maybe you should correct the mistake from your 9am order when it’s almost noon and they still haven’t been made correctly! My staff member just got back with the 4 drinks, and at least one of them is STILL WRONG. I’m going to have to call again, but I know it’s not going to do any good because the woman answering the phone clearly hates her life and is unnecessarily rude to customers instead of just admitting they messed up and correcting their mistake in a timely manner. Terrible customer service on her part. The poor guy working behind the counter was apparently very nice but obviously overwhelmed. Why isn’t this woman helping him instead of sitting around being rude to people over the phone? We’ve spent a LOT of money here and now we’re not sure we ever want to order here again due to the terrible customer service and this woman’s bad attitude. If she’s polite and makes this right when I call again, I’ll remove this review but I’m willing to bet she’ll be just as nasty as last time I called. In the future, we’ll likely give our business to Starbucks instead and just drive to get it. Ridiculous.

Update: I called and didn’t get the rude woman again, thank God. Instead I was able to speak with the person who was actually making the drinks. He was very polite and friendly, and gave us 4 free drinks for the trouble. I really appreciate this level of customer service! He was apologetic and very sweet. Give this man a raise and get rid of that other rude lady! Because of this guy, my one star review has been elevated to a 4.

I had a Chinese meal off there hot food set up one of the meat items was sour and made me sick…also I bought a piece of salmon that was on sale to cook 2 days later I opened the package and it smelled awful had to throw it away! 30.00 in the trash I’ve been going there for years I think I’m done….

Ordered small black ice tea but no food. Server helped me with my purchase and put my change in my billfold because I’m handicapped. Left arm is paralyzed. Only complaint the napkin tray was empty.

The 2 people wearing surgical masks are unemployable. They are insane slow and seem to have no desire to get a job done. 7 customers who have already ordered were standing waiting for their order, waiting and watching these two people slowly finish orders. I could not wait to get my order any longer. I had to go to work after standing there and waiting for almost 15 min. Customer service in small chain stores It’s absolutely horrible. This is just an example of it.
