Okay folks, I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut location a bunch, but have never reviewed it.. A visit earlier this week seems to have compelled me to give this Pizza Hut location a shout out!!
So, I have the app and received a promotional message that I could get a personal pan pizza for $3 if ordered online.. I needed a snack, so I was all in.. That, and I hadn’t had a personal pan pizza in a very long time..
I placed the order in the app and added traditional and cup & curl pepperoni.. It drove my price to a whopping $3.50 before tax..
Let me just say this.. That little gem of a pizza was freaking outstanding!! It was ready when promised and handed to me hot from the oven in what can only be described as a miniature pie tin.. It was the coolest possible way they could have packaged this.. I’ve had the flimsy little boxes in the past, but this little pie tin is perfect!!
Anywho, I think this little pizza had a total of 8-10 pieces of pepperoni, a somewhat light application of sauce, and just enough cheese to create a pull when pulling the tiny wedge pieces from the tin..
At the end of the day this personal pan pepperoni pizza delivered the goods and made for a fantastically delicious snack.. I’d definitely order one again..
This, as with all my previous visits to this location executed as hoped.. Hot and fresh pizza, available for counter pickup when promised in the app, and made exactly as ordered.. I’m sure to return..

Nov 11, 2024: Disappointed! We ordered around 8:30 pm with extra cheese for two pizzas (one pepperoni and one cheese). Guess what, which one got extra cheese and other was just regular burnt down cheese. Cheese one got it, Pepperoni did not. My sister got lucky. Breadsticks barely got any seasoning.
34 dollars wasted. Not sure it’s worth it anymore, having to order extra cheese to make this pizza every time and ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Always hit and miss.

Came to the store to pick up a pizza. Pizza was 15 minutes late, missing a topping, and had a piece that was clearly from another pizza as it was about two inches shorter than the rest of the pie (from a medium, instead of my large). None of this was a big problem until two staff members, including the manager, lied to me by telling me “that piece just fell over.” Crazy to lie to your customers, bye forever.

I came in at 923pm after a long day fried not wanting to cook. I asked the lady at counter for the special. She said she couldn’t think of one. I asked for a medium pizza with olives green peppers and mushrooms. She quoted me $24 & change, & I asked about a coupon. She applied one to bring it down to $21.47. I paid (w/a tip!). Then I saw a special posted on the wall for a large 5 topping pizza for 16.99. I took my pizza home and found she had sold me a “meatza” w/ additional toppings. Which was not even what I ordered. While I waited for my pizza, she was rude to the next customer as well. 7/28/22.

Ordered home delivery of supreme pizza no mushrooms. Ordered 6 wings with rach dressing for dipping. Got a ton of mushrooms on the pizza and no ranch dressing. Im guessing the guy on the phone was really busy as he had challenges taking my order.

I can not say enough good things about this Pizza Hut location. From ordering to curb side delivery everything was 5 star. Then from the first bite to the last. It was the Pizza Hut I know and love. I hope it was not just my lucky day. Will give a try again very soon!

Hesitant on ordering from this location based on the recent poor reviews from customers. I had a terrible experience at the 12th st location on a carry out order with several staff. Management apologized, promised to “make it right” but never reached out again. Maybe the “era of Pizza Hut” is about over, and poor customer service quickens that death-spiral.

We just moved back to Norman and used this Pizza Hut for the first time. I placed an order on the website for cash pay delivery. Decent sized order for my family. Based on the tracker our food sat and sat and sat. It arrived very late through a doordasher and our food was cold. We didn’t eat it. I still tipped the woman well not her fault. Here’s where the fault lies: We didn’t order through doordash. The drivers that work for Pizza Hut are clearly cherry picking the orders that payed through credit card and tipped well before hand. Then they leave doordash drivers for the others. Mine being a cash pay delivery I got cold food delivered late. Won’t be getting food here anymore. This location ripped us off. Hire more drivers that work for you. Don’t be cheap.
