Came here with a party of five, ordered a pizza amongst numerous other meals, and the price was pretty reasonable.
The atmosphere was laid back. We’d went at a time when the crowd was pretty minimal. Spacious seating, and clean. There are tons of televisions and a small but super nice bar that I could see being inviting for sports.
Staff was friendly and efficient. We had no complaints regarding service or quickness of food.
The pizza was absolutely fantastic. We just got basic two toppings, but it was crispy and full of taste. Definitely amongst the best in town. The other food, however, was very mediocre – specifically the Alfredo.
Location is a pain. Getting in and out on this side of town can be frustrating, and I often avoid the businesses cramped in this little area, but, seems to be Parr for the course with traffic patterns in The Vern.
I’ll certainly visit more and order out more often, though I’ll stick more closely to the pizza related options.

We went for date night to watch a College football playoff game, it was only on one TV and minimized to the upper left corner. I could not see it from our booth so I asked if they could put it on at the TV above our table. They never did, so instead of watching a College Football playoff bowl game we got to watch 8 different version of the daily news.
I ordered a drink from the bar and it NEVER arrived the entire time we were there, the bartender was either leaning over looking at her phone or even sitting in the nearest booth at one point. While 1 girl waited on the entire dining room by herself… needless to say we never got refills on our fountain drinks either, but was pretty bummed out that I never got the Old Fashioned I ordered.
Pizza was actually amazing!
Wings i ordered extra well done and crispy… they arrived slimmy undercooked and little to no sauce, could not even taste the sauce as it was barely there.
All in all, I would never dine in here again, the pizza is very good though so I would suggest ordering Pizza TOGO!!!!!

First time visiting- wont be back. Poppers barely warm, came out with our pizza and garlic bread after waiting about 30 min and asking that to be an app. They forgot my husband’s smash burger and my kids side salad. When I asked if they forgot the burger the waitress lied, went and threw it on the grill and bought it out 10-12min later in a small pizza box… literally nothing else. I took a picture because it was weird. She claims she is new and a waitress called off and none of this was her fault. It was the grill cooks fault for the burger. I was also given a dirty plate (took a picture of that too). When I voiced my concerns, they said they can only offer me a $5 off coupon for my next visit. We live over 2 hours away. I will say, the food tasted okay, but if this is how these restaurants operate, I’ll pass on coming back. I’m only leaving a review because if it was my business that I take pride in (like it seems the owner does, based off the pictures and scripts on the walls) I’d want to know these things. I paid my $58 bill and nothing more.

My first visit since they’ve opened. We ordered Garden salad with chicken, chicken bacon ranch pizza and a kids cheese pizza.
Unfortunately we were not impressed, the salad literally came with prepackaged Marzetti’s Italian dressing; it was ok overall. The pizza on the other hand wasn’t special, the cheese was a bit too sharp for a pizza and crust look like something you can get from a grocery store freezer.
Our waitress was great and made the experience a bit better.
I really hope they get better but for now, there’s a lot of better pizza options in Mt Vernon.

Went here for a party for my father. The food was EXTREMELY greasy and the staff kinda was non existent. That being said we also came during a snow storm, so any service was considered passable service in my opinion. Could it have been better? Yes.

Went in and sat at the bar directly in front of the taps, staff came and went from taps and never even looked at us. I realize it was busy so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes. Finally the male server/manager puts menus in front of us said he would be right back, I asked for a beer and was scolded by him. He told us that’s why they have a please wait to be seated sign. I have never seen this apply to the bar. After another 10 minutes of being ignored we left. It’s too bad because the pizza is pretty good but we will not be back.

Ordered food they said 20 minutes. I got there on time….not one server in sight waited 1 minutes before I even seen someone. The server came out of the kitchen and I stood there another 10 minutes before they even asked me what I needed. Then I heard the server say they were the only one there. I waited almost 35 minutes after the time they told me. My pizza and sub were stone cold. I realize it wasn’t the servers fault but if you don’t have enough help don’t open your shop that day. It was busy and I bet every customer in there suffered and so did the server im sure!
