Can this store please just be shut down so something else can take its place? We avoided it for 3 years and tried again tonight. Same old thing. They have nothing. Can’t make any of the sandwiches we ordered. Now we get to deal with the headache of trying to get our money back from our online order. Waste of time. Now an hour later our plan b dinner is ready. Fed up is an understatement. Please just shut down. I have never once been satisfied with the food or service in the 9 years ive lived here.

Every sandwich in the order was wrong. one even had LITERAL TRASH from a wrapper in it. My sandwich despite asking for extra spinach had 4 leaves, and the tuna was warm and smelled moldy. They have their phone disconnected so its only a busy tone when you call. Save your money, their dumpster out back has better quality. Went in for a refund, as of now still nothing has been credited.

Don’t order online. Fifth time, and they are about 15 minutes later than the eta (which is about 15-20 minutes already). About 30-45 minutes to make a sandwich is nuts. I could see if it was one time, but seriously every time. Learn from us, lol, just order in person. They won’t start your online order until 5-10 minutes after you get there, even if you show up later than their eta.
Update- I got home, and the steak sandwich was ice cold. Sub was supposed to be toasted, and of course, the meat is heated on these sandwiches.. but not this one.
Couldn’t give a refund, so get to come back Monday. No manager on site to process refund.
Yes, I could have had them remake the sub.. a little karen in all of us i guess .
Edit again. Lol. Totally forgot to say their Sprite (Starry) was out, just carbination came out, so halfway home we tasted it and we turned back to get a new one. Their dr p was also out, so we got Pepsi. Then when we got home we realized our warm sandwich was ice cold. Whew! 4 visits to get half an order

I am pregnant and craving a meatball sub. I have gone there two days in a row now and they do not have meatballs. Not because there is a lack of meatballs, but because there is a lack of attention to detail. They have a whole freezer of meatballs however they don’t refill them. Meatball subs are one of the staples of Subway so to never have any especially two days in a row is quite frustrating. I have also gone on several other occasions with the same issue.

No iced tea is available at this location. The bottled tea is ONLY available sweetened. Only other available sugar-free beverage option is carbonated. Don’t be a fool like me and buy a drink without realizing that apparently this is the only subway ever that doesn’t see the value in offering tea.
The cheese is all American cheese product in different colors. The pepperjack? American with pepper flakes. Provolone? Semicircular American.
It was clean, the cashier was nice but the person making our sandwiches was not. Overall, mid.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been too, this goes for all the fast food in fort lupton. They never get my order right and online ordering is awful, (meatball sub is never heated and toasted).

The cashier who I believe is trying to go all gray on her hair. Not quite sure how old she is, but normally some older people have a better sense of customer support. This woman, God bless. Her soul, has a horrid customer service. I left my food because my stomach turned and I lost my appetite. She tried charging me $14 for a 6 in and would not back down. I will not be stopping by this location as I travel for work. Good luck with her!

If I could rate it a zero I would, we waited for 20 minutes just for them to do online orders only. Took one persons order then said they were out of ham and had only one type of bread, then he left and then I went up and she went back to making online orders. Two girls working with red hair and the only one with really short hair like why couldn’t the girl with red hair step in and help the other lady out. Still proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for her to say I’m sorry it’s gonna be a minute we have online orders. Did not look clean in there as well.
