The service was amazing and the staff, both Chandra(Store manager) and Mason(assist manager) went bove an beyond to meet my expectations and met them in a friendly and swiftly manor. Highly recommend! Best staff ive seen at a restaurant in years!

This was a clean fast establishment. We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad and by the time pulled in to get them they were moments for being hot and ready. The staff was courteous and quick to help. Not a fan of fast food pizza and the meat lovers was a little doughy but for a quick bite this worked out well.

People always are so critical of “chain” pizza places, this is the nicest dominoes ever, their employees are SO friendly everything is also fast and fresh. They even leave dog treats for our puppy when they deliver our pizza!! I hope the dominoes corporation sees this and gives all these team members a raise because they deserve it !!

Less than mediocre hand tossed pizza. The pan crust is significantly better but costs more. They seem to make the order right they just can’t ever seem to deliver it to the right address. Twice in a row my order has been lost. My wife drove to the house our food was delivered to and swapped it for their food that was given to us. Today, they dropped my food off at my neighbors house. This is not rocket science guys, my address is visible on the front of my house and mailbox. I reported the issue both times, only once did anyone call to try to make it right. Also, please hire some competent drivers.
Update 6/22/2024: store manager called me and apologized for the mistake, confirming driver dropped it at the wrong house and sent driver back to deliver it to me however I had already found it on their porch and ate most of it by the time the driver came back. Upping review to 2 stars for their attempt to resolve and apology.

I’m addicted to their New York style pizza.. I KNOW it can’t be like the real thing, but it’s perfect crust and sauce for me.. I’m not a huge fan of big chain pizza, but THIS pizza is worth it.. Order on their app and you get points for future orders.. I’ve gotten free drinks mostly.. I pick up instead of delivery.. I bought a pizza carrier for my car.. I order on the app.. wait 5 mins.. drive over to pick up, and when I pull up it’s coming out of oven.. I grab and put it in my carrier and it’s still piping hot when I get home to eat..

I’ve never dealt with any pizza store like this one in Plain City. The employees are great! Accurate, super quick and polite always. Brian, our delivery driver, always has a friendly smile and very kind. I’m usually a tough critic, but I can’t even find nothing negative about this store. I’m the assistant manager at this location and would suggest that you try us first before listening to a few disgruntled employees. We strive to make great food that you’ll enjoy, if you’re ever dissatisfied with the food or service feel free to call us at the store and we’ll make it right for you. I can also tell you that we always work hard to have a clean store, we abide by all food safety rules and regulations and would never sell food to anyone that didn’t meet those quality standards. Just ordered a pizza and it was cold by the time it finally arrived. I had to microwave it. The “delivery insurance” offers you 60 points, but that doesn’t replace the extra I had to pay for this one. Disappointed in this Domino’s about half the time we order.
