I finally got to check out a food truck in Fort Worth that’s been on my radar for a while. Every time I passed by, I’d see the owner patiently waiting in his truck, ready for someone to stop and give his food a try and I’m glad I finally did!
He’s fairly new to the scene, but the location is perfect. It’s right off Main Street near downtown Fort Worth, making it super convenient to swing by.
The menu is simple but solid: smash burgers, chicken strips, chicken and waffle (served in a cone or bowl), sausage rolls, fries, and onion rings. We tried the smash burger and the chicken and waffle cone, and both hit the spot.
You can take your food to go, but there’s also seating available if you want to eat right there.

Gold Revolver is AWESOME! Joel is just keeping it simple. Great burger with great fries or rings, great sausage with simple and delicious toppings, monstrous chicken tenders with irresistible Honey Mustard, and all served with a big smile at a very affordable price. Whether you are in the neighborhood, or out on the town, you need to come to this truck either for lunch or dinner!

I was very impressed by the burger here. It was a simple, double smash burger with bacon and whatever toppings you want in it. The fries were very good as well. My only gripe was that they ran out of the chocolate tarts when I arrived, but that will only entice me to come back again in hopes they will be available in the future.

Joel is serving up my favorite new hamburger in Fort Worth. And the onion rings were nothing short of extraordinary. Crispy, and perfect heat and batter!

Great food truck right across from hopfusion brewery and a block from the bearded lady. Best smash burger in Fort Worth. The fried chicken in a waffle cone with mashed potatoes and honey is incredible. My new favorite spot in Fort Worth

Tried this food truck out finally and it did not disappoint. I got the sausage roll and it was 10/10. The fries were awesome as well. I’ve heard great things about their burger so I am excited to come back and try it. Give this place a shot if you’re in the area, you will not be disappointed.

We stumbled on this food truck just by accident, I’m glad we did! That is a tasty burger! We were greeted and served promptly , food hot and delicious. Not sure what’s better the fries or onion rings. Thankfully we got both. If you’re in the area give it a try. I’m glad we did.

From camp bowie to Peachtree, this food gypsy creates THE BEST chicken tenders in all of DFW. On top of that, you can get them served waffle style !
ALSO, his burgers are an even tie with gusto’s(if you know anything, gusto’s is the bomb).
