Amazing pretzels! Great spot for a quick snack. Prices were reasonable and they had a great menu. The store was very very small, maybe 4 or 5 seats but thankfully we had room.

Got a mozzarella and pepperoni pretza and oh my goodness! So delicious and perfectly warm! Cheese was gooey and hit the spot. Definitely stopping back in here. Perfect little treat to eat while walking front street.

Good pretzels. The salt is baked into the original, which is perfection. I was disappointed that there isn’t self-serve water – come on, pretzels are salty! No restrooms. Very small space. No indoor dining.
Even though we asked for it, we were not given condiments (mustard, ketchup) or napkins.
Parking can be tough and is metered. I really like this area though and would enjoy walking with my pretzel, or having a snack in the middle of downtown bike ride.

Not the standard Bavarian pretzel you are probably used to. These pretzels, the flavorings and the dips are unlike anything I have ever had. Do not sleep on the jalapeno popper dip or Cajun pretzel. We also got the sampler, jalapeno cheddar pretzel and the cheddar cheese sauce. Everything was amazing. Wish we had tried them earlier in our visit! They also offer catering!

cute pretzel restaurant! a great place to stop when you are walking around downtown Traverse City❣️ pretzels are made daily, so they are fresh and yummy! the building was a little small, can’t fit more than three people in there, but a very cute set up inside

My wife and I wanted a snack on a Saturday afternoon, so we stopped here when we saw the pretzel sign from a distance. The people were lined up, so we decided to wait.
After an hour, we stopped by again, and the line was much shorter. I ordered a pretzel with cinnamon and sugar while my wife had a regular salted pretzel.
Service was quick. Our pretzels were in hand almost immediately. We looked at seating inside, but they offered only a few stools at the counter by the window. We went outside instead.
The seating options outside amounted to a few tables and chairs, but they weren’t busy, so we easily found an open spot.
The pretzels were slightly smaller than I had expected, but they were soft, both inside and out. Mine was covered in a “healthy” dose of cinnamon sugar.
I thought the price was fair, and I’d definitely stop here again.
As a side note, parking options are limited to street and lot parking along with some parking garages. Be prepared to pay for parking, although it amounts to about $1.50 an hour.

Absolutely amazing pretzels. Yes the dips are very good too but they can’t compare. Adding a do just takes away from the pretzel

I thought the pretzels were very good. A little overpriced if you ask me. The inside was extra small, but they have some seating outside if you want to sit and eat. The workers were helpful and quick. The options for pretzels and dips were good. The cream cheese was actually excellent. Not sure what brand they use, but it was delightful. We got regular and chives/onions and they were both delicious. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend to others!

Fantastic workers who gave great recommendations that we listened to thankfully, super fast turn around time for my order. Love the pairing of the garlicky cream cheese with the cajun pretzel the perfect amount of spice and texture for a pretzel. My fiance got the parmesan and garlic pretzel it paired perfectly with the good tasting nacho cheese for dipping sauce. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone just walking around down town playing tourist and wants a quick and cheap bite to eat. Will for sure be back in the future to this location.
