One of the best BBQ spots in the greater Springfield area! Nothing on the menu is bad. Get it all! My youngest loves the Mac’n cheese. If you like spuds, try this one. To top it off, Banana pudding is fresh & flavorful.

Good food, good service. Ribs were tender with a nice smoke ring.

My wife ordered the burnt ends, but they weren’t crispy at all…no charred bark.

So maybe they weren’t burnt…just plain old ends.

Nice little BBQ restaurant. Friendly service, clean, fast, and good food. I posted pictures of the menu as the ones posted were outdated. Prices have increased over the last three years. Definitely a place to try when you are in Willard. Or just make the drive to Willard for the BBQ.

Friendliest servers anywhere. Small place, but cozy. The food was fantastic. Burnt ends were great, and the loaded baked potato. Now we have to try the Aurora location.

Absolutely fantastic BBQ place! They were extremely friendly and informative about their food. I got the Burt Ends platter with house made chips, and cole slaw. The slaw was delicious, perfect consistency and flavor. The chips were very crispy and flavorful as well. The burnt ends were FANTASTIC. Juicy, tender, and packed full of flavor! You also have to try the barbeque sauce for an added touch! Highly recommend and will be back to try more!

1st time ever eating there, we were ignorant to the fact that they were closing as we were pulling up to the drive thru! They were patient with us and took our order. We pull up and the guy tells us they actually were closed, but since I told him this was our first time, he went ahead and wanted to get our order because he didn’t want our first experience to be bad! Super awesome people and great customer service. The food was so good! Piled pretty freaking good on my sandwich and the potato salad tasted just like whole hog Cafe in Springfield. So good. The only down fall was probably honestly guys, the sauces! I’m sorry! I like sweet sauce usually, but this was almost like a BBQ glaze, not sauce if that makes sense. And we weren’t a fan of the Cali sauce I think he called it? But other than that, get you some BBQ!!

Best French Dip in SW Missouri, hands down!! Not always on the menu but, when it is it’s a grand slam!! Lots of other home runs here also, ribs, burnt ends, brisket, and chicken sandwiches are consistently top notch! Sides that you can’t say not to… like cornbread,

Great for takeout!
This is the second time we visited this week. Burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked chicken, plus great sides like: pit beans, macaroni & cheese, and potato salad. It’s all good. We’ll be coming back every time we visit Willard.

We stopped in for a quick lunch prior to a 12 mile bike ride on the Frisco High-Line Trail – so we needed to keep it light.

This is a order at the counter, self serve drinks and plastic flat ware in a bag establishment with the menu on the wall like most fast food joints. It’s efficient and the friendly engaging staff had the food out to our table in just a few minutes.

She had the chicken club (-the bacon) with a broccoli salad side and a small drink. I had the turkey club with baked beans and a small drink.

Both sandwiches were served on Texas toast with smoked meats, thick sliced bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato with a crisp dill spear and mayo on the side.

We both enjoyed the sandwiches, but her pulled chicken was a bit juicier than my turkey slices and her Texas toast couldn’t handle the load – making a mess as she struggled to consume it. She liked the broccoli salad. My beans were a bit too sweet for my taste as that sweetness overpowered the smoked meats mixed in.

We left full and satisfied with the meal at an out the door price just over $30.

A very nice experience. I stopped in there because they were just off the Highline Frisco bike trail I was riding. I had the brisket w/ beans and mac & cheese. I was well cooked and seasoned. Good portions without making me so stuffed I would have cramps later when I got back on the trail. Also, the servers were very nice, personable, didn’t wait long for my plate at all.
