Food always great but their customer service is awful. Had to turn around to get the most expensive part of my meal they left out. When coming to counter was ignore till saying excuse me. When someone finally helped she was rude a tossed the bag at me with my miss sandwich. Terrible rude service.

Line for the drive through was backed up to the walk in door. I was on my way to work so I thought it would be quicker to go inside. I was in line for 15 min waiting for the staff to catch up with their DoorDash orders and the drive thru. And still did not get acknowledged, I turned to the man behind me, and wished him luck, and left. The manager is extremely rude and the atmosphere is terrible. I will not be returning to the Madisonville Ky Wendy’s.

The only problem is the men’s room has a broken toilet and a broken soap dispensor – it has been broke for a few weeks.
The spicy food isn’t spicy, but it is delicious. I wish Wendies has actual spicy food, but maybe my taste buds are broke. Haha.
The Soda machine is that weird button selection machine, but it’s good.

Terrible burger! Ordered double burger with what was advertised as LOTS of bacon, onions, tomatoes,etc. Cost was $11 for a fast food sandwich!!! I got a single and it was larger!!!

Line was out the door and the drive through was backed up to the road. We were in line for 20 min waiting for the staff to catch up with their DoorDash orders and the drive through before they would even take a dine in order. They seemed to have plenty of staff, so much that during the rush they had two go on break while we waited.

This was the Wendy’s in madisonville. And it was great for a fast food places, and prices are reasonably for the good amount of food you get. I believe they do have an app to get you meal even cheaper and you can order ahead so it be ready for you. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. And it was crowded which is always a plus. But right now they have what’s called 5 dollar bag meal cones with a double stack or a chicken sandwich and I can’t remember the third one. But it also comes with a thing of chicken nuggets and a good size of fries and a drink which I thought was very cheap I had some left over to bring home.
Overall a A++ and place to eat cheaply.

The service is good, at least today. I wasn’t a fan of the girl behind the register. Talking about an attitude! My point of this review though, it’s about the outside atmosphere. There is a lot of trash, especially within the trees by the parking lot. Not only is it gross but also bad for the environment. Come on! I wish people would pick up after themselves. Lazy and careless. The least the workers could do or whomever cleans up the lot, if customers don’t after themselves, is clean up that trash. Even if it’s not from this restaurant. It’s not cool. Get a grip people. This trash is a big reason why we have so many environmental issues.
