In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Absolutely delicious! I didn’t know what to expect cause I’ve never had Detroit style deep dish pizza, but I was not disappointed at all. It’s a lot more filling than regular pizza for sure and so good. The workers were nice. The order was ready when I got there. The mild wings and chocolate chip brownie were also good. A little on the pricey side but worth it! We will be back.

Very sad! This has been my favorite pizza place for a while now, until they have now gotten 3 strikes! 1. They changed their app and I lost over 70 points which is for free items and they just keep saying you’ll see it soon (been going on 2 month sign$ 2. They have now forgotten my dipping saucesfor my wings and bread sticks (which their ranch is why we buy them) the last 3 orders not showing up until an hour later once everything is cold with them and not even apologizing or giving something for their mistakes and lastly number 3 There has been multiple pizza slices with zero cheese on it! They say it happens. The sad thing is I always rave to friends and family about Jets but not anymore I am now here to warn them to stay away. So this is your warning! Quality of food and customer service is no longer available at this location. Time to look for a new pizza place!

Jets has been my favorite pizza place-I really think we caught them on an off day. It was last Friday- phoned in an order for pick up- arrived at designated time- waited 25-30 minutes. Pizza was lukewarm warm. Offered a free 2-liter soda for my trouble, but really would have just liked the usual hot delicious pizza they are known for☹️

The All Meaty pizza was great! I really liked the crispness of the crust. I got the optional garlic flavor put on the crust and it was delicious. The one downside is that they don’t have anywhere to sit if your order isn’t ready yet. They are on the expensive side but the quality is probably worth it.

Like the previous reviewer, pizza was delivered way overcooked. Then delivery driver asked if they had to deliver it to the door. YES! That’s why there’s the ridiculous fee and the tip. Pizza was then not handed to me nor was there a knock so it sat outside in the cold until I realized it had been delivered. Will not order again.

Normally a five star pizza place but this location overcooked the pizza. We ordered specialty pizzas so they are very expensive. We spent that much is the only reason it was a problem. Otherwise, Jets pizza is always one of the best pizza chains!!

My all meat pizza was piping hot and delicious. All of the ingredients were super fresh! Emontre immediately took ownership of my order, on the phone. Emontre is cognizant of the fact that one’s first impression can occur on the phone, not necessarily when one enters the store. Brendan was very appreciative of me patronizing Jets Pizza. He is so enthusiastic of their product that they create and rightfully so!
