In 2021, Laura and Jerry Marroquin revamped the North Shore Shave Ice shop and 22nd Street Pizza was born (don’t worry, you can still get shave ice at the Pipeline Snack Shack around the corner!) This restaurant carries on as a welcoming place to gather at the beach for good food and refreshment. The location has seen many generations, as Laura and Jerry’s kids have taken their turn working at North Shore Shave Ice and the other family business, Pipeline Snack Shack. With 22nd Street Pizza, this next generation is proud to carry on the legacy that their food-loving Grandpa Nick started decades ago. Laura and Jerry look forward to continuing to serve and feed this community of people who will always be considered part of the family.

Yummy pizza, buffalo wings and hazy IPA beer. My husband, Bellini (chihuahua) doggy and myself came accosts this place and had some food and beer. Next time someone wants to eat a quick bite stop by hare.

We had three slices of pepperoni pizza and loved that it was available by the slice, especially since we were hungry. They also offered other options like whole pizzas and calzones, plus beer. I liked the different combos available as well.
The pizza was super delicious—well-seasoned and even better than expected. The customer service was great, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a nice experience in a cute spot. I’d definitely come back!

Such a great experience here! We got a BBQ Chicken Colzone to share with 2 people. Bread was soft and had a nice crunch to it. I was very satisfied with the flavor. They gave us plenty of dipping ranch. The staff was so friendly. They even checked up on us and cleaned up our meal when we were finished. The place was very clean. They had heaters and a fun area to sit with a view of the outdoors. Loved it all around. Would recommend.

Loved stopping here for lunch with the family! The pizza could have been cooked a little longer but overall we all enjoyed it! The toppings were amazing and we were able to customize the pizza to make the whole family happy! Also we ordered the wings and they were delicious!! Would definitely come here again, the staff was SUPER friendly!

The pizza is fine but the staff is very friendly. The lines are not too long. You can get a slice or order a whole pizza. Two large fountain drinks was $10…… they keep it pretty clean, but so many beach goers go in and out…. Nice place to people watch.

It’s a small spot but the flavors are good, you won’t get an authentic Italian dough but close enough to enjoy your time by the beach, I would definitely get some more if I’m around, just be mindful there’s not a lot of places to sit
