Little Caesars on Elk Grove Blvd came through with the friendly vibes! We were greeted as soon as we walked in—super welcoming team. We didn’t call ahead, so our order took about 15 minutes, but no biggie—we strolled over to Nugget Market nearby to kill time and grab a couple things. Easy!
We got the ham & pineapple pizza and their special with two slices each of pepperoni, sausage, pepperoni & jalapeños, and cheese. Everything was hot, fresh, and that crust? So soft and way better than expected.
They forgot my pepperoni crisp ( ), but when I called, they were cool about it and said I could come pick it up the next day.
Only weird part? No Parmesan packets. For a pizza joint, that’s kinda wild. But the buffalo ranch sauce saved the day—
Overall, tasty pizza, super budget-friendly, and great service. Definitely coming back next time we’re craving a quick and easy pizza night!

Called in placed a phone order,
Drove there, made it back home to realize order was completely wrong. Had to drive back to get my order right. Spoke to manager Lexi who didn’t care at all about the inconvenience ! I don’t understand how she has an attitude and they messed up my order. They did nothing for me, meanwhile I had to take two trips!

The good news is, every order we’ve got for pick up from here has been hot and fresh.
The bad news:
– On every trip, we order the same, pepperoni. On every trip, we end up with the same, a pizza that has all the pepperoni arranged on the outer edge of the pizza. The inner 6″ or so is just cheese (see photos).
– Our first visit, they forgot our order, so after showing up 25 minutes after our order was placed, we ended up waiting another 25 to get our food.
– Our last visit, I’m not sure if the person cutting pizzas was in a huge rush to get home or something, but it looked like what happens when our 3 year old helps cut our home made pizzas. It was cut in such a way that there were several mini triangles in the middle and the larger pieces were shapes that I don’t think scientists have even discovered yet. It wasn’t even cut the whole way through, so we had to recut all the goofy shapes at home.

Little Caesars never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to pizza. The service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Mikoo for his amazing customer service! He was super friendly, made sure my order was perfect, and had a great attitude the whole time. Will definitely be coming back!

Make sure yall check your order before leaving the facility. I doordashed my food and I did not receive my sauce that came with the crazy bread. I then noticed that the crazy bread was not fully cooked. It was super doughy, I ended up coming back to the store bcus I live around the corner but man having to go back after spending extra on the delivery fee was a complete waste. They did end up remaking it bcus they couldn’t refund me….Thanks lil Caesars.

Let me start with this. I like Little Caesar’s. Their crazy bread has not changed since I was a kid, and I still like the taste. The Hot-n-Ready’s I have picked up the last couple weeks have been less than desirable. The first time it looked slightly old. When I asked the kid at the front, to remake it, he said “ It just came out.” Yeah, about 30+ minutes ago… I know what old pizza looks like. He wouldn’t budge. Today, I picked up another pizza, same thing, classic pepperoni Hot-n-ready, and it was even worse! Closer to 45+ minutes if I had to guess. The pizza had “congealed.” For those wondering what that looks like, it was dark around the edges. Grease was soaking into the box, the pepperoni was leathery and looked old, and the cheese was clearly not new. I asked for a remake, and got the same response from the same guy, “It just came out.”

So as always I called to get a large pizza they wanted to charge me dollar extra. So I just wanted to ask as to why because I go there every weekend, but they want to charge me dollar extra, but thats not the point I was told go elsewhere over the phone by the employee working there and the guy hung up the phone.
