The food was very good but the lettuce had pieces of other stuff in it. The employee grabbed one of the pieces and quickly threw it out. The bin of tomatoes were almost empty so the tomatoes were soaking in their juice. I did not have either put on my sub.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order got 3 subs we got there to pick it up and one of our subs was sitting on the counter wide open for over 5 minutes with no workers out front when we came in. Then he doesn’t put any lettuce or anything we asked for and he cut it into 4 pieces with just meat. When it was an Italian B.M.T melt. It wasn’t even toasted or anything. Will never go there again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Subway is my favorite place to go get my meatball subs and the cookies there are really delicious which I really love the white chocolate chips cookies and for when it comes to the kids meals there it comes in awesome looking bags. The workers there are really nice and friendly people that help make your sub just the way that you want it.

The bread was sour & the lettuce was brown. None of the toppings had any flavor. I’ve never thrown away a subway sandwich until today. My fault for trusting a subway restaurant inside of a Walmart.

I don’t understand why the people making food in this restaurant do not care enough about their customers to put a mask on. There’s still a pandemic going on. They’re talking over the food and holding conversations with each other. They have to talk to ask about the condiments. This needs to be addressed since people are still contacting and dying from this disease in Gloucester.

Use to get subways alot. But now I have to watch my carbohydrates. The bread has too much carbohydrates. Only allowed so much a day. Bread is a no no. Wish I could eat them again. Miss them. Wish they had bread liser in carbohydrates.
