Will never use this location again. I ordered a mobile pick up because we were short on time one night and figured we would try it out. All of our subs were ordered with Reg Mayonnaise even said Reg Mayonnaise clear as day on the order and receipt.
Well for some reason they put some kind of chipotle or hot sauce on my 8 year old daughters sub. She told me in tears that her sub was spicy and I was like it shouldn’t be. So I checked her sub and sure enough it had some kind of hot sauce in it.
I took it back and showed them and told them. They were so dumbfounded and didn’t understand really how it got on there. Well one of them made it. They really didn’t offer an apology or anything so since this place brought my 8 year old to tears I will never return here even if it was free food for a year.

This would be a decent Subway location, except for the service. They hire teenagers that don’t know how to do their job and end up standing around idle and helpless, while the adult weekend supervisor handles every single task… slowly. There have been several times where I was the only one in line and it took 3-5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. It almost seems like they enjoy making people wait!

I really like coming to this Subway. It’s very convenient and close to my home and other downtown places I like to go. There is plenty of parking and seating. The workers are eager to please, and do a good job preparing the food.

Not CLEAN. The workers are not wearing hair nets, the vegetables looked old and gross, and the bathroom sink didn’t even work.
I literally got cheese and lettuce on my sandwich because everything else looked like I might get food poisoning from it.

The sloppiest sandwiches ever! Mine was to have banana peppers and I had ONE on each 1/2. My son’s sub had them and he didn’t want them. Barely any lettuce, I wanted pickles and I’ve found…you guessed it…ONE on one 1/2 and that was it! My son ordered the “Monster” and it looked like a regular flat sub. Nothing “monster” about it! We’ve never ordered from here before and will never do so again! We had them delivered and the driver had to wait awhile for the order. I tried calling the store but got voicemail? We will stick to our usual store on Trenton. Never had a bad experience from there!

The downtown Findlay Subway is the best Subway that we have EVER eaten at. The sandwich makers are friendly, fast, efficient, and super hard workers. This location has a pleasant sit down area. It’s always clean and we like the music that plays.
