5 stars doesn’t do justice. The food is by far the best ive had in Sullivan County! We don’t go out to eat since its not worthy till we found The Creek House Grill! Me and my family have been here several times and we know we will have a delicious filling meal every time. They have delicious specials for special occasions. The service is on point and friendly. Creek House Grill is a hidden gem in Callicoon. The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff make you feel right at home. Karen and John go above and beyond—every visit feels special. Highly recommend!
First time that we were here. They’ve been open for about two years now. We stay at the Villa Roma and we decided to give this place a try on a Sunday evening. The food was absolutely amazing and extremely fresh. The waitress was the owner and she was beyond helpful and friendly, and enjoyed our conversation, the food was fast and very tasteful. Everything is homemade from scratch, including their signature sauces. This will definitely be a place that we go to in our future visits to the Villa Roma.

Decided to do a date night with my fiancé and my friends recommended Creek House Grill.
Did not disappoint! From the time we walked in to the time we left staff was kind and welcoming. Food was amazing we got the pulled pork and salmon! Only sad thing was the soft serve machine was down instead so we got the chocolate bread pudding and it was amazing! 10/10 will definitely be back!

Went here for dinner with my family while staying at Villa Roma. Everything we ate was so delicious. And we really loved the feel of the space and deck outside. We had the unbelievably ginormous Bavarian pretzel, French onion soup, and tomato burrata salad to share. We couldn’t get enough of it. A majority of us had the braised short rib for dinner. More would have had the pulled pork sandwich but they unfortunately ran out already which must have meant it was the best so we will definitely have to go back to try it. Needed to add a small amount of salt to the short rib but it was perfection once added. I’d definitely recommend dinner here anytime.

We were seated quickly on the outdoor patio and were able to bring our dog! They could do a better job cleaning the bottles they bring to the table for the water, one of ours had what looked like mold attached to the bottom and floating a bit.
Other than that food was delicious and portions were ample size! Wait staff we’re friendly–they even brought out a water dish for my pup to have a drink!

Decided to venture out from Villa roma dinning and this place was just the dinner and experience we were looking for. Iam very particular when it comes to good food, I dont drink so the food really has to hit. I had the French onion soup, potato pancakes, and brick chicken. Clean fresh ingredients prepared thoughtfully. Delicious! When I finished eating I realized I had to write a review and that I should have taken pictures. So I made sure I took one of the desserts which were also delicious and made in house. The service is warm and welcoming, you definitely feel like family here. This will now be a staple in our yearly trip.

This is sch a nicely renovated historic building. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The food was presented beautifully and was plentiful. Our bill was reasonable, and the waitress was friendly and informative without being intrusive. They offer drink specials and have live music on occasion. It’s really a nice place to frequent.

Visit the area 2-3 times a year and decided to try the Creek House. Knew it as Matthew’s on Main and a plumbing store many years ago. We ordered apps and cocktails. My husband ordered an Old Fashion and I asked if they knew how to make a French 75. They looked it up and she made one of the best French 75’s I ever had AND presented in a lovely coup. So good I had 2! If you never had a French 75, please stop and treat yourself Can’t wait to see you all again. Our server was lovely as well. Food was good but have to ditch the stuffed claws! Thank you for a great afternoon
