Tacos, Burritos, and More — A Local Favorite!
Los Patrones in Bellingham is an absolute gem. I ordered five tacos and was treated to complimentary chips and salsa — a great start to a flavorful meal. The tacos were fresh, satisfying, and priced incredibly well. I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day and tried the burrito. It was enormous! I struggled to finish it, but the taste made it hard to stop eating.
After eating, I explored the attached butcher shop and mini mart. The mini mart is a standout — it offers a wide range of Latino products that go far beyond what you’ll find in local stores. Whether you’re here for a bite or browsing for hard-to-find groceries, Los Patrones is well worth a visit. Great prices, huge portions, and a welcoming atmosphere make this spot a new favorite.

Tasted like a burrito i made in my kitchen with hamburger. Nothing authentic. The texture and flavor of the asada was disappointing. The only thing this restaurant has going for their burrito is the size. Lots there just unfortunately not good tasting. Nothing like a taco truck burrito or la Gloria’s that used to be there. Was very disappointed with dinner. Good service though.

Had some street tacos of asada about 1.5 weeks ago. It was okay tasting. The corn tortillas were the best part of the tacos but the meat was underwhelming.
I’m in town for 2 weeks for work and read online this was many people’s best rated street tacos but they didn’t live up to that expectation.

Got there at 8:30 hoping for a bowl of soup to go and was told the kitchen is already closed despite the fact that they were serving other customers still.
I guess they’re open till they feel like it not till they say.

They load their tacos up. I’ve been going for the $1.69 tacos at Mi Rancho, but with the size of the tacos here I think it’s a better deal even though they’re $2.50 each. Better meat too. The salsa verde is amazing and actually has a bit of heat.

I grew up in SoCal and this place feels the most like home out of anywhere I’ve been since living in the PNW

I order from here all the time and the food is extremely good. The cheek, asada, tongue and tripe are my favorite meats on everything.
