This place used to be good before it got new management recently. They put 1 jalapeño on each slice of my Jalapeño pizza. They did not put the garlic seasoning on the crust either. They also didn’t deliver 2 pies out of the 11 we ordered, and when we called them to complain, they said it’ll take 2 hours for them to give us those two pies. They’re cheapskates who are trying to save on ingredients. Don’t go here.

Hello, I ordered pizza and cheesey bread at 7:18pm. We gave the person on the phone the number to contact me when the delivery person was here. We called again at 9:00pm because there was still no delivery. The person who answered said they called but someone said they didn’t order anything. This same person wrote the number down wrong. The delivery guy came at 9:10pm with cold pizza. Almost two hours waiting is crazy. It doesn’t take two hours to literally drive ten minutes away. I could’ve cooked a three course meal in that time. Your staff has to do better! If they aren’t able to comprehend and take better detailed information then they shouldn’t be answering the phone.

i called because it said my delivery order was completed but the driver wasn’t even here yet. the lady on the phone was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. she has no customer service. i asked her where the pizza was because it was saying delivered, she decides to get and attitude with me and say that it was delivered and that she took the picture. i kept telling her it was not delivered and she denied denied. i asked if she could contact the driver and she refused, i then asked if she could send me a picture and she said she would then hung up on me. 5 mins later the pizza showed up. i just really didn’t like how she treated me during the call and i hope you give your employees better training and teach them how to talk and deal with a PAYING customer

I don’t know why this place really low rating but this place serve the best DOMINO’s in whole hudson county. We ordered two thin crust pizza and it was well done and PERFECTLY BAKED. Just how we wanted. We ordered online and delivery was really quick we didn’t expect it so quick. PLEASE DO TRY HERE. May be they’re improving from their all reviews. THANK YOU!!

Unfortunately, very poor customer service. We ordered veggie pizza and asked if they use the same cuter that is used for non-veg to which she rudely said yes it’s the same and did not consider what we were trying to say and went on cutting it. The cheese bread we ordered was raw and literally felt like eating dough. Terrible experience…..

I ordered a medium pan pizza today from a Dominos store literally a stone’s throw away from my hotel room. It arrived 50 mins later by a delivery driver who didnt have my pizza in a delivery bag, COLD. Not cool but literally cold. I called the store and complained to someone obviously lacking authority because she asked what I wanted and when I replied that I wanted another pizza prepared and then delivered hot, she wanted to charge me an additional $29+ for it. I asked to speak with a manager and her reply was “we dont have a manager on duty tonight”. She did offer to remake the pizza but only after my ice cold pizza was picked up by the delivery driver and returned to the store (God only knowshow long that would take). I said I’d rather not have to wait another couple hours and I told her to just remake my order, deliver it and I’d happily give them the untouched ice pizza at that time, she blatantly refused to do that. So here I am without any reasonable attempt to remedy this situation from this terrible Dominos store, EATING AN ICE COLD PIZZA.
Because there was a lack of concern for me the customer, I’m forwarding this review to the Dominos National Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI. Maybe they’ll be interested in getting this store’s act together. I for one will be considering alternatives to this Dominos location in the future.

I love this location, I have a domino’s 5 mins to my house but I prefer to drive 25 mins to come to this location, really professional, friendly and quick. Taste of their pizza honestly is better and different. Thank You guys
