Came here for a catered event (was in the back patio and the event was catered by Taco Social themselves). The Ribeye Bulgogi and Baja Shrimp tacos were two of my favorites. We also had the Carne Asada and the Mexi-Cali ones. Service was fast and efficient, staff was friendly and responsive at all times, and the ambiance was great. Excellent setup in the back patio with great natural light. Highly recommended spot. 10/10

This place is so yummy. No reservations. Walk in and order and then find your seats. Good selection of drinks and tacos. All

An all around hit. Food is delicious. Each taco is a mini universe, creating a lot of variety while always using quality ingredients. The execution is really well done, with staff that is actually trained to welcome you in (such an exotic concept for the East side and for LA in general). No notes. Long live Taco/Social.

I love the variations of tacos. And you can’t beat the Taco Tuesday Special! Definitely a spot we love to grab a quick bite at! Shoutout to Max and his staff for such welcoming vibes and stellar hospitality! Way to go! And thanks Martha for your service!

Finally made it to Taco/Social with some friends for HH, drinks are fairly priced, with some on tap and others not; like the old fashioned, but all solid choices. The place feels super family-friendly, which was nice to see. The vibe is open and welcoming, with a cool, relaxed setting. The tacos? Not what you expect when next to some of LA’s best taco spots, these were more fusion, but they were seriously tasty. The Nashville hot cod is a must try. definitely would come back

The gal that waited on me made some great recommendations on tacos. I highly recommend the one with the ribeye. I was skeptical but I went back for a second one. I had two different kinds of margaritas and they were pretty awesome as well. Definitely would come back here if I was back in this area.

Love this spot! It’s definitely not traditional tacos which I personally love, especially since they’re on flour tortillas. Service was great, they’re so friendly. My only issue is with the ambiance. The lights were incredibly bright inside for it being nighttime. Made me want to get out of there a lot sooner than I usually would. Besides that I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Pretty cool little taco joint with lots of creative tacos on the menu. Some are pretty unique takes that work really well, some are reimagined tacos youve had before, but are still pretty good.

At my table we tried four different tacos.

1)Nashville Hot Cod. This was incredible and will be a taco that gets me to come back time and time again.

2) Banh Mi. This was good. It was banh mi in a tortilla, and I like banh mi and I like tortillas

3) Chicken Queso. This was a chicken tender with queso and some other toppings. It was fine.

4) Bulgogi Taco. I have had a lot of bulgogi in my life, and I have had a lot of tacos in my life. This tasted like neither and I was done with this taco after one bite. Not good. This taco isnt going to skew my rating though, because rest of the tacos were good or great, perhaps I just dont like this one.

The chips and queso side dish was good. Plenty of queso so you can get a hearty dip on each chip without running out.

We also had a couple margaritas and a Oaxacan old fashion, all of which were fantastic.

The only downside to this place is the weird ordering. Its fast food-esque in the ordering process where you order from a cashier, but in a social environment where I may want a few drinks, its really annoying having to go up to a register for each drink. Table service would be much better.

Excellent taco place with plenty of bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and even a mini indoor playground for kids to run around! We came with our friends with their two kids, and the place definitely keeps the kiddos busy playing with other kids while us grownups enjoy the delicious tacos.

Tacos have great portions here and 5 of them can fill two people up easily. We ordered:

Nashville Hot Cod: One of the top 3 for us, with spice kick and slightly oily texture.
Cajun Shrimp: Tastes like Cajun shrimp lol. You can pass if you don’t like shrimp.
Mexi-Cali Chicken: A nice surprise and top 3.
Baja Fish: A solid pass as nothing is memorable from this taco. Besides it has brutal jalapeño which prompted me to drink toms of water lol.
Ahi Poke: Actually this is top 1 for me (probably bc of my Asian roots) but not for my husband. Instead of tortilla it’s lettuce wrapped topped with seaweed and aioli. Solid combo and highly recommend!
