It has all the recipes for an amazing hole-in-the-wall restaurant and all the risks for a place that will give you food poisoning. They said they’re doing a remodel, but that’s no excuse for the terrible fish smell (and taste in the shrimp and fries) that hits when you open the door and the sticky tablecloths. That said, everything that can’t go bad tastes amazing. The breading and mac and cheese and hush puppies are delicious.

The lady running the store is nice and polite. But I asked for my fish to be well done. It wasn’t the fish was still slimey aka not edible for me. The sauce cups had no lids so by the time I got home all of my food was covered in hotsauce and ranch. Would not recommend. Ps I was the only customer there from the time I came in till the time I left no excuses.

The food is a hit or miss, sometimes we would have GREAT food and other times i lost my appetite completely because it was horrible. But i’m giving such a low rating because the restaurant is disgusting and unsanitary. I’ve seen multiple roaches crawling around like it’s nothing, it smells like dead animals, and half of it is in remodeling and has been since we’ve eaten there. Tempted to call the health department, that’s how bad it is.

Had no change and the credit machine didn’t work, employee stated the area has had alot of armed robberies implying its a dangerous area.

Is had to throw the entire meal away after it was delivered the Mac and cheese had some black stuff in it I thought it was just burnt doodles but it was mold I’ve been into a thinking it was just regular burnt noodles but there was giant chunks of mold
