Quality has gone way down hill. The rice is always undercooked. Most recently I ordered a salad online and they didn’t put any lettuce on it. Edited to add photo. It was also drenched in sour cream.

Ordered pickup on New Year’s Eve and, in the middle of my meal, pulled a chewed-up fingernail out of my mouth. After that, my entire family was unable to finish their food.
I wrapped the fingernail in a paper towel and returned to the store, where I was told the only option they could offer was an 1-800 number. I’ve now been calling for four days requesting a refund. Each time, I’m told a report was sent to an “incident team” who will only follow up by email. I have yet to receive any email or resolution.
This experience was disgusting and extremely disappointing, both in food safety and customer service.

Out of all the Chipotles around here- Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, KC- this is by far the best one! The ladies in here are always super sweet and fast, the food is always fresh and they’re never out of anything, the restaurant and tables are always clean, the trashes aren’t overflowing, the self-serve area is completely stocked and organized.. I can’t say enough good things about this Chipotle! North Topeka Chipotle is easily my favorite location!

The double protein bowl I ordered online had light rice but only a single scoop of chicken on it— such a rip off. The rice was so undercooked, which made it difficult to enjoy our meals. My wife ordered a salad bowl which we found out had no lettuce on it at all when we got home and it looked like someone had already eaten half of her meal. Very disappointing experience when we were excited to use Chipotle gift cards we got for Christmas.
With so many consistently bad reviews… Might be time to shut this one down.

If I can give no stars, I would we ordered off Uber because we didn’t wanna go anywhere causewe are truck drivers and we got our food. It’s the tiniest little. I look like a little Del taco burrito. It was cold. There was no chicken in either burrito bowl or burrito it was gross. I don’t know who let people work at a establishments where they serve food like that especially to Uber or anything. The food look gross and you guys should be ashamed on whoever was working and don’t worry I will be contacting corporate office and complaining about your guys store and I don’t know who gave you guys five stars. That’s ridiculous your portions. I’m from Southern California I’ve never ever in any state that I’ve been to so far I’ve got a burrito that looks like a little tiny Del taco burrito. Quit hiring seamen District kids and Shawnee Heights . Update August 11, 1:30 PM now they’re giving you less than half a cup for a burrito $11 for a baby burrito. You can ask for more rice. They don’t charge you but you have to ask for more Rice This is a sign that chipotle will be going out of business here very soon I shouldn’t feel like an absolute fool to ask for more rice on my burrito. You need to let customers know. Hey, we can add more rice free of charge instead of customer is just assuming that you’re getting nine pieces of rice for. Came in to get a double wrapped burrito like I always do and they still can’t do anything right in there it seems I don’t really understand I know the management absolutely sucks he didn’t even cook you didn’t even cook the wraps he just threw them on for one second and took him off you have to cook them separately I asked for a double wrapped not an uncooked wrap he didn’t even wrap my burrito he just put it in foil and put it in my bag I had to wrap it in my car and unfortunately in North Topeka there’s really not much of an option unless you drive to Wanamaker I don’t really understand like are they passing the vape pen around in there or something it’s it’s always a weird weird weird weird weird environment in that place and I don’t understand it’s almost uncomfortable everybody in there is like zombies bumping into each other and bumping into walls it’s like a movie scene in there or something I don’t understand why you have somebody making burritos if they can’t wrap them what I think is management needs to be fired in corporate needs to come in here and fix this place it’s absolutely just an odd weird bunch of people that you have working there

The chicken was burnt and the rice mushy, this reminds me of why I stopped going to Chipotle in the first place, you don’t even get a full portion of burnt chicken at that.

In Topeka, I like the North location the best. It’s newer, more updated, and just seems like the nicest location. Staff was friendly and the food was great! Will definitely go back in the future.

Came here @ 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. 1/2 the ingredients were out. No mild, corn, black beans, white rice or steak. They just said we’re out and they didn’t make enough….. with 2 hours left until close. The place was a mess. Check out the pics.
