Just got finished eating here, A young man was working by himself, I asked him if he had any help. He replied they are in the back. I could tell he was tired of most likely doing all the work himself. The food was good and the store appeared clean. I don’t know who the manager is. If it was the young man, I believe he needs some good help.

Abraham is very friendly and he prepares your sandwich with toppings of your choice. He puts right amount of condiments without drowning out flavor of fresh vegetables on your sandwich

Everything was fine until the checkout. The gentleman was rude and demanded I leave him a tip. He literally told me off and continued to mouth with the as I was going out the door..I don’t feel that was justified. Definitely not professional

I ordered a BLT (BACON-LETTUCE-TOMATO) Sandwich. There’s no lettuce and no tomato. Not only did I order a BLT. I also told them I wanted bacon, lettuce, tomato, ranch, salt, and pepper. So for those of you, who don’t know what BLT Stands for There are no excuses for not having the ingredients I gave you a full description of. Each time I go to this place it gets worse and worse!

I ordered a sub for delivery with chicken and other toppings. When I received my food I realized my sub had no meat. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered one.

I just had the most needlessly complicated experience here. My boyfriend tried to order online and got an error, so I just went in to see if it went through and, if not, just stand in line to order. This was what happened:

Employee 1: Did you have an online order?
Me: I’m picking up for someone who tried to order online but got an error. Do you have something for (boyfriend’s name)?
Employee 1: Oh, our computer is down. Do you want to just try ordering online again?
Me:…No, I’m already here, so I’ll just wait in line.
Me: *stands patiently in line, texting boyfriend to see what he wants*
Employee 1: Melissa?
Me: *looks up confused* No, the order was under the name (a name that is clearly not Melissa).
Employee 1: *looks at receipt and puts it up to my face to read* Melissa?
Me: *stares blankly* No, that is not my order.
Employee 2, who has been nearby the entire time not helping anyone until this moment: Do you have an online order?
Me: No, like I told your coworker, my online order didn’t go through, so I’m waiting in line now.
Employee 2: *talks to me like I am a moron* Well ma’am, you see, if you stand there, we’ll think you’re trying to order because that’s the spot for people who come in to order.
Me: I am waiting in line to order here.
Employee 2: Oh well how can I help you? (There are three unfinished sandwiches on the line in front of him for the guy ahead of me. He couldn’t help me at this moment if he wanted to.)
Me: Sir, please just let me stand here and wait my turn until you’re finished with this gentleman’s order.
Employee 2: *takes my order after other guy’s order is done and treats me as politely as possible while also managing to treat me like a horrible shrew*

I don’t understand what was so complicated to understand about this. It wasn’t even particularly busy or loud, especially for the time of day. I should have just left the second time Employee 1 asked me if I was Melissa. Holy cow.

Highly recommend going inside to have your sandwich prepared instead of drive-thru. The quantity of ingredients that are put in the sandwich are at bare minimum. The service is dismal at best. There is no communication and when a question is asked, it’s very difficult to understand what they are asking. There’s more to focus on playing on their phones than serving the guests. It’s convenient to have one so close to our home however we will not be returning.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. None of the employees running it spoke any English. some Indian looking girl that was making my sandwich mixed up all of the sandwiches she didn’t understand a word I said. I had to constantly repeat myself and make hand signs. she could not even respond to me or seem to comprehend what I was saying. please start hiring people that speak English. This is ridiculous.

I went in on 5/16/2024 and ordered just a vegetable flatbread w/ ranch dressing ( which I have done there many times before). The guy starts making my sandwich and I noticed that the tomatoes and cucumbers looked like they were all wheathered, like they had been reused from the day before. Then, he starts to put peppercorn ranch dressing on my sandwich and I stopped him and told him that I wanted regular ranch. He replied that the don’t HAVE regular ranch at that store so he gave me 4 pks of something from the back and charged me fir them. When I got Mt sweet tea, it tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple if days and wasn’t fresh at all. I pd $12.00 for a meal that I couldn’t even eat and was very disappointed in this store in how it had run down since I was there last…
