The food was very good can’t complain. BUT…. service is horrible. I called to order a ROSCA DE TACOS.. I had to call twice because the first time they hung up on me like they didnt know what I was talking about.. they literally have flyers for it. I called again and the girl said she was putting me on hold so someone else could take my call because again she didnt know what the heck I was talking about. Finally my ordered got placed okay cool. The day came we got the tacos and no baby in the tacos. I called and they said because it was only the day off..(I ordered for Saturday Jan 10) okay why didnt they mentioned that? False propaganda. They knew if they had mentioned that I would have never ordered so they just wanted the money. They didnt even offer a solution to the problem. Stay away.

I gave Fuerte Restaurant two chances, and both were disappointing. The first time I ordered a torta plain, but it came with toppings anyway, and the meat was extremely hard and chewy. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, so I tried again.
The second time was even worse. I ordered another torta and the meat was raw, completely unseasoned, and not even breaded the way it’s supposed to be. Totally unacceptable and unsafe to serve. After two bad experiences, I won’t be coming back. Quality and consistency are clearly an issue here. Plus the wait time is ridiculous

Idk wat tha issue with these lil girls working nowadays. Its just here either. They needa keep they attitudes at home. Figure that stuff out on there own time. Guna keep it short though. My “men inna kitchen” excellent food yall prepare!

Some older lady at the register got mad taking my order very impatient. I even paid more to make the order easier for her to take and some how she still messed up my order! I got home really upset because the food wasn’t what i expected and i paid like 65 dollars for 2 meals. Don’t eat here!!

Food is Ok, but They offer terrible , terrible customer service the girls are rude and if they don’t like you, they’ll make you wait for your food specially the asian looking chubby short girl she’ll walk back and forth with a sarcastic smirk on her face and I can tell that her and the older lady talk about the customers, because one of them will secretly say something to her and then she will look up and stare at the person who they’re talking about , it’s happened to me when im there. Both of them are TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES.

If I could give this restaurant ZERO stars I would do not come to this restaurant at all. I ordered food. The beef tacos were very, very nasty. They taste like like I can’t even really explain it. It just kind of taste like beef with like some dust on it or something, I don’t know but it was disgustingly nasty. I went in. I asked for a refund they said no I asked exchange the food. They said no so I’m just out of the money I wasn’t rude that wasn’t disrespectful or anything like that and of course they give me the line will the manager is just gonna sell you the same thing I did like I work in retail. I know how that go like do not come here. I repeat do not come here at all. Go somewhere else anywhere else but Not there horrible food, horrible staff

So I ordered me 6 tacos with light cheese lettuce and tomato they originally told me 15 minutes but ended up waiting 20 more minutes at the restaurant. Then to top it off all my food was cold, they didn’t cook the steak all the way, they didn’t season the steak and they messed up my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened either and I’m probably never coming to this Fuerte again.

So the food here is really good. It’s was great when it was cheap and still great now that there’s a price hike. So the quality hasn’t changed. The price has tho which is irritating in itself. But whatever, you can’t get anything cheap anymore. But it’s such an insult to injury when not only is there a price hike, but you’re gonna charge 4% to use a card then ask for a tip? Why not just murder me instead?
Moral of the story. I’m tired of just giving my money out like that. Nickel here, dollar there. Like, it makes me not wanna come here all together. Maybe one day everyone will follow suit and let these businesses hemorrhage. Like did you give your employees a raise at least? Hmm.
